Our Secondary 1 and 2 Crestans recently stepped outside the classroom for a dynamic Mathematics Learning Journey, tackling real-world challenges on the move!
At Rainforest Wild Asia, our Sec 1 Crestans put their arithmetic skills to the test, calculating park opening hours, managing travel budgets, and working out the height differences between jump platforms.
At Changi Airport Terminal 1, our Sec 2 Crestans decoded geometry and data by checking cabin baggage dimensions, navigating currency exchange rates, and using estimation formulas to analyse the iconic Kinetic Rain installation.

Whether becoming tourists for a day at Marina Bay, solving real-world Mathematics challenges at Jewel, picking up new skills through inline skating, or strengthening their Mother Tongue through immersive experiences, our Sec 2 Crestans learnt to be positive influencers by connecting classroom learning to the world around them.

🎮 Bridging generations through play – A collaboration between Crest Secondary School and WeesWares.
We are proud of our 6 Vibe Coding Programme students from Secondary 4 Mobile Web Applications (MWA). Tasked with designing mobile games for seniors, they used AI coding assistant to turn ideas into playable, engaging games. The finale? A heartwarming game session where seniors played and laughed.
Thank you to WeesWares for the vibe coding training and to the Active Ageing Centre for the opportunity for seniors engagement. Our students learnt that the best code is written with someone else in mind.

As part of the school’s Education and Career Guidance (ECG) programme, our Secondary 4 students explored a range of industries, including Logistics, Healthcare, Sustainable Engineering, Hospitality, SCDF, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Through these learning journeys, students gained valuable insights into workplace environments, industry practices, and diverse career pathways. Engaging with industry professionals helped them better understand the skills and qualities needed in different sectors, while encouraging them to broaden their horizons and make informed decisions about their future education and career journeys.

On 28 May, our Secondary 3 students enjoyed an enriching learning journey to Gardens by the Bay. Exploring the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, they tackled maths challenges and English tasks that linked observation with critical thinking.
Students practised teamwork, recorded botanical vocabulary, and applied measurement and data skills in real-world settings. A day of curiosity, collaboration, and memorable discoveries that brought classroom concepts to life.

Congratulations to Ng Gee Foong Sky, Pang Wei Xuan & Shawn Foo Toon Wan from Retail & E-Commerce for clinching Second Runner-Up at the Sustainability Youth Festival 2026!
Using design thinking, the team tackled fast fashion waste through upcycling and Circular Economy principles. From transforming donated clothes into handphone wrist straps to exploring eco-friendly packaging ideas, their project proves that small ideas can create meaningful change for both the community and the planet.

A selected group of Secondary 3 and 4 Retail and E-Commerce students attended a Fireside Chat with James D**g, CEO of Lazada.
The session gave students a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand about his career journey and experiences in the business and e-commerce industry.
Mr D**g encouraged students to identify their strengths, remain open to learning, and embrace opportunities that come their way. He shared how his time as a consultant allowed him to travel extensively, broaden his perspectives, and gain valuable experience.
He also highlighted the importance of leveraging one’s natural talents, such as influencing and connecting with people, to achieve success.
