Maths in Action!

Our Secondary 1 and 2 Crestans recently stepped outside the classroom for a dynamic Mathematics Learning Journey, tackling real-world challenges on the move!

At Rainforest Wild Asia, our Sec 1 Crestans put their arithmetic skills to the test, calculating park opening hours, managing travel budgets, and working out the height differences between jump platforms.

At Changi Airport Terminal 1, our Sec 2 Crestans decoded geometry and data by checking cabin baggage dimensions, navigating currency exchange rates, and using estimation formulas to analyse the iconic Kinetic Rain installation.

🎮 Bridging generations through play – A collaboration between Crest Secondary School and WeesWares.

We are proud of our 6 Vibe Coding Programme students from Secondary 4 Mobile Web Applications (MWA). Tasked with designing mobile games for seniors, they used AI coding assistant to turn ideas into playable, engaging games. The finale? A heartwarming game session where seniors played and laughed.

Thank you to WeesWares for the vibe coding training and to the Active Ageing Centre for the opportunity for seniors engagement. Our students learnt that the best code is written with someone else in mind.
