Rebellion Hard Sparring XI: What an amazing bunch of fights… full of passion and heart…

Here’s a quick guide to signing up for a trial class with us. DM or text us if you need more info!

This past Saturday, both Yexun and Ray participated in Kai Muay Thai hard sparring event. These are my key takeaways:

1. In a ring where it is difficult to move backwards all the time, sitting down on your punches and kicks is king. Power triumphs over “flicky” stuff.

2. Efficient footwork is more important than having fast feet that requires 2 steps instead of 1.

3. Finding your rhythm and deciding for yourself how much to push is more important than listening to cheerleaders whether it is your cornermen or the spectators.

Eagle Muay Thai:
Tried out a few different gyms this trip and Eagle Muay Thai was one of them. Technique focused training with a good mix of padwork, sparring and clinching.

Composure is key…

Attention:

There will be a change in schedule from 25 April to 4 May as some of our coaches will be away for Phuket Training Camp.

No trial classes will be available during this period.

Normal schedule will resume on 6 May.
