Celebrating Our Studentsβ Achievements at Changkat Primary! π
Today, we proudly recognised our students for their dedication, perseverance and achievements across sports, performing arts and co-curricular pursuits πβ¨
We celebrated our studentsβ accomplishments in:

National School Games (NSG) Swimming, Wushu and Track & Field, where our students showcased determination, resilience and sporting excellence
ππΆ Singapore Youth Festival (S*F) 2026, where our performing arts groups attained Certificates of Accomplishment for Guitar Ensemble πΈ and Choir πΆ, as well as a Certificate of Distinction for Dance π
Congratulations to all our students for representing Changkat with pride and striving for excellence in their respective fields ππ
πΆ To end the semester on a high note, our school community also came together for a joyful Community Singing session! Our P3 and P4 students accompanied everyone on the recorder for "Golden", while several of our P6 students brought energy to "Zoo" from Zootopia with their ukulele performances π΅. It was a meaningful and memorable way to conclude the semester together! π

Farewell Beijing β€οΈ
Our students concluded a meaningful and enriching journey in Beijing, filled with cultural learning, new friendships, and shared experiences. Despite changes to plans due to rainy weather, they remained positive and adaptable throughout.
We are proud of their curiosity, enthusiasm, and growth during the trip, and grateful for their safe return. π

β¨π± SustainTrail 2026 β Little Eco Explorers Edition
As part of Earth Day and Go Green SG 2026, Changkat Primary School organised SustainTrail 2026, a hands-on sustainability learning experience for K2 children and their families at our EcoHub. Participants explored composting, aquaponics, hydroponics, biodiversity and nature discovery through interactive activities led by our P5 VIA Leaders and ECO-Club members.
The event was made even more meaningful through partnerships with Changkat Changi Secondary School, Simei volunteers and community partners, reflecting our shared commitment towards a greener and more sustainable future. ππ
Together, we continue nurturing environmentally conscious learners through authentic community learning experiences.

Day 5 of TIE programme
Wonders of the World π§±
An unforgettable highlight of the trip as students visited the iconic Juyong Pass Great Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They challenged themselves as they climbed the historic structure, taking in breathtaking views and appreciating its significance.
The journey continued to the picturesque Summer Palace, where students admired its beautiful landscapes and rich history. Truly a day to remember!

Day 4 of TIE programme
Culture & Connections πΏ
Students visited the serene Temple of Heaven, where they learned about ancient Chinese rituals and architectural brilliance. Joined by their Peixin buddies, the experience became even more meaningful through shared exploration.
Students also visited the Imperial Academy, gaining insights into traditional education systems. The day concluded with a relaxing walk through charming hutongs, where students explored local shops and picked up souvenirs.
A wonderful blend of culture, history, and friendship made today truly memorable.

Our P4 students stepped into history at the Kreta Ayer Heritage Gallery for their 'Culture Archives' learning journey! They explored the cultural heartland, discovered the Chinese community's contributions to Singapore's development, and learned why our multicultural heritage matters. πΈπ¬

Day 3 of TIE programme π¨π³
Heritage & History π―
Students continued their school immersion experience, strengthening friendships and deepening cross-cultural understanding through shared learning activities.
In the afternoon, they visited the magnificent Forbidden City, where they marvelled at the grandeur and historical significance of this imperial palace.
It was truly a day filled with rich cultural appreciation, meaningful connections, and unforgettable experiences.

ββ¨ Building Multiplication Fluency Through Fun! β¨β
Over the course of three recess sessions this term, students took part in the Math Departmentβs Multiplication Programme aimed at strengthening multiplication fluency through fun and engaging activities.
Through games such as iPad Table Tennis, Multiplication Tug-of-War and Multiplication Kahoot challenges, students practised their times tables while enjoying friendly competition with their peers. The activities encouraged quick thinking, teamwork and active participation, creating many joyful learning moments during recess. ππ

School Immersion & City Exploration π«
A meaningful and enriching day as students experienced their first school immersion at Peixin Primary School, interacting with their Beijing peers and gaining insights into classroom learning.
The journey continued with a visit to the Capital Museum, where history came alive.
In the evening, they were warmly welcomed and treated to a spectacular acrobatics performance, showcasing the beauty of traditional Chinese
