Integrating lifestyle medicine into healthcare professional training — from knowledge to action.
Join us on 12 June 2026, Friday, 7.30 AM at the NUHS Tower Block Auditorium for an insightful talk by Dr Ng Lee Beng, as we explore how lifestyle medicine can complement social prescribing, support chronic disease management, and strengthen healthcare training and development.

Thank you for all the thoughtful feedback on the workshops for Block 1 and Block 3. We’re really grateful for the positive words and support from everyone who participated. We look forward to seeing more participants at CenMED’s upcoming Block 2 & 4 workshops — registration is still open.
Block 3: Leading for Excellence in HPE took place on 21 & 22 May, bringing together learning, reflection and meaningful discussions on programme evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, leadership, and decision-making in medical education.
We ended the workshop with heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Prof Thirumoorthy Thamotharampillai for his many contributions to CenMED, as we celebrate his dedication ahead of his upcoming retirement. Thank you, Prof, for your lasting impact and service.

What an inspiring two days at Block 1: Engaging Learners from Curriculum to Classroom on 5 to 6 May 2026. From curriculum planning to classroom practice, the workshop created space for reflection, discussion and collaboration across disciplines.
