At the recent Babilou Family Top 60 Seminar, management teams from across the Babilou Family network came together to exchange best practices, strengthen collaboration, and reflect on how we can continue enhancing the experiences we create for children and families around the world.
Representing Singapore, our CEO, Benjamin Busse, led a sharing session on Onboarding Families to Create a Harmonious Educational Journey, highlighting how intentional onboarding helps build trust, foster meaningful partnerships with families, and ensure every family feels supported from the very beginning of their preschool journey.
Rooted in our Sustainable Education® approach and our belief in partnering with families as the “village” supporting every child, the session showcased how thoughtful and purposeful onboarding practices contribute to a positive and reassuring family experience.
We are also proud to share that the Singapore team was recognised with the award for the Highest Growth in Tours across the group - a strong affirmation of our teams’ dedication, consistency, and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for families.
At Babilou Family, we believe continuous improvement comes through collaboration and shared learning. By bringing together leaders from across countries to exchange insights, reflect on best practices, and learn from one another, we strengthen our collective ability to guide our teams and continue delivering quality early childhood education to families worldwide.

A meaningful visit, grounded in what matters most.
We were honoured to welcome Babilou Family’s Executive Committee members to Singapore, where they spent time connecting with our teams and experiencing our work firsthand.
From insightful discussions with our HQ teams to engaging visits across our centres, the time together was a valuable exchange of ideas, perspectives, and shared purpose.
Our leaders had the opportunity to meet our educators, interact with our children, and witness how our learning and care practices come to life each day — in every classroom, every interaction.
What stood out most was the heart our teams bring to their work, and how naturally they come together to support the children.
This visit is a strong reminder that what we build globally must always hold true locally. Because at the heart of everything we do are the children and families we serve.
Swipe to the end to catch a special moment of our CEO, Benjamin Busse, connecting with our little ones: a reflection of what truly drives us forward.

We’re proud to share that our Head of Curriculum, Rowena Mark Ramos, was recently featured on theAsianparent, where she shared practical insights on nurturing early childhood literacy in today’s screen-filled world.
In the article, Rowena highlights that literacy isn’t just about reading books — it’s about everyday interactions. From reading road signs to storytelling and conversations, these simple moments help children build language, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
At Babilou Family Singapore, this belief is deeply embedded in how we support every child’s development.
Through our inquiry and experiential learning approach, children:
✨ Engage in meaningful conversations and storytelling
✨ Build strong language and communication skills
✨ Develop focus, creativity, and confidence
✨ Experience literacy naturally through play and daily exploration
Because when children are immersed in rich language environments early on, they don’t just learn to read — they grow into confident learners, ready to thrive in primary school and beyond.

❤️ Connection over perfection.
At Our First 1000 Days, our Head of Curriculum, Rowena Mark Ramos, shared insights with parents on what truly matters in a child’s earliest months. 👶🏻✨
From her own journey as a mother to her experience in early childhood education, Rowena reminded us that it’s not about getting everything “right” - it’s about being present.
The simple, everyday interactions that build a strong sense of security and love. 🫶🏻
In collaboration with Centre for Fathering, this meaningful session brought parents together to reflect, connect, and feel reassured in their parenting journey. 🌱👨🏻👩🏻👧🏻👦🏻
We hope every parent walked away with meaningful takeaways and renewed confidence in nurturing their child’s growth through connection.
