Mon – SUMMIT: steady aerobic work to build an efficient engine 🏔️
Tue – Pump LB: volume + posterior chain loading, progressing SGDL & hack squat🦵⚡
Wed – Cardio U: controlled effort across zones with higher aerobic demand❤️🔥
Thu – Strength UB: refining technique + building upper body strength foundations 💪🔵
Fri – HIIT: repeat sprint ability under rising fatigue⚡🏃♂️
Sat – Strength Endurance: get stronger for longer with sustained resistance efforts🔥🏋️♂️

Final push before we retest MAS Conditioning + Benchmark Strength next week! Let’s lock in.👊
MON – POWER⚡️
More complex ballistic lifts this week, hang cleans + KB snatches. Building coordination, timing & explosive power.
TUES – SUMMIT🏔️
Deload week before testing. Lower intensity, high quality. Stay sharp, not smoked.
WED – HYPER UB💪
Final upper-body progression. Focus on shoulder stability, trunk control & clean pressing mechanics.
THU – CARDIO U❤️🔥
Last HIIT progression — hit 90%+ HR, recover well, repeat. Controlled chaos.
FRI – STRENGTH LB🦵
Refining technique under moderate load. Sharpen movement quality before next week’s test.
SAT – SHRED M🔥
Full-body strength + conditioning. Stay technical even under fatigue.

🌟APRIL MEMBER OF THE MONTH - CHAI🌟
3 years with BFT Changi!
From “let’s try this fitness thing” to celebrating her BFT 3rd birthday! Chai has shown up, pushed hard, and grown stronger physically and mentally.
What keeps her consistent?
The coaches, the community… and the satisfaction of earning those daily medals.🏅
Her proudest achievement:
Not giving up and levelling up from weight-room intimidation to 40kg+ deadlifts and 16kg single-arm rows.💪
Favourite class:
Strength days. Where she feels the most powerful (and has higher chances of winning medals 😎).
How BFT has helped:
A sense of belonging inside the gym, and better mood, energy, habits, and confidence outside it.
