Under new rules, student pass holders in Singapore can now apply for Permanent Residency (PR) if they meet any of these criteria:
1. Passed at least one national exam (e.g., PSLE, GCE ‘N’/’O’/’A’ levels)
2. Enrolled in an Integrated Programme
This is a game-changer! Students no longer need to wait two years after completing their courses to apply.
