Being a former English teacher and lecturer, she has wealth of teaching experience with students of different abilities, needs, and personalities. She finds creative means to engage and connect with her students. Hence, students and adults alike, not only enjoy her innovative pedagogy, but also have been inspired by her instruction. She has also been tutoring and coaching local students in both primary and secondary schools. Some of them have even aced their PSLE English exams. Her students have continued to fare well in their English at secondary level. She is also preparing her students for the new GCE ‘O’ Level English syllabus. As a former English lecturer, she developed and wrote the curriculum for Study Skills in English Language at SIM and the Business Communication module at Millennia Institute. Occasionally, she conducts corporate workshops on Business English and Business Communication. Her profile includes training managers and staff in both governmental agencies and private companies. Tricia has a great passion to teach and her motto is to inspire, impart and impact the students. Her greatest satisfaction is to witness the learning process of her students and see them succeed.
