Learning goes beyond the classroom 🚍✨

Our curious young learners from 7oaks Preschool @ Jurong West Street 81 recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub with SMRT, where they discovered how buses help connect communities and the many people who work behind the scenes to keep Singapore moving safely.

From exploring the transport hub to sharing thoughtful messages at the Wall of Kindness, the experience was filled with meaningful lessons about safety, kindness, and caring for others 💛

We’re proud to celebrate Ms Norizan, Lead Preschool Educator at 7oaks Preschool (Jurong West St 81), who was recently featured in an ECDA Beanstalk article on building strong parent-preschool partnerships.

We were delighted to welcome preschool principals from the Korea National University of Education (Early Childhood Education Training Institute) as part of their overseas training programme 🇰🇷

The visit offered an opportunity to share how our educators bring learning to life through play-based pedagogy, Reggio-inspired project work, and inquiry-based learning, while integrating technology into classroom practice and centre operations.

It was a meaningful exchange of ideas, with inspiring conversations on curriculum, teaching practices, and quality early childhood education. Thank you for visiting! We look forward to more opportunities to learn from one another 🌏

As we look back on the meaningful moments we’ve shared this year, we’re reminded that our preschool journey is strongest when families and educators work hand in hand.
