There is nothing else to say but a job well done, players! ๐Ÿ™Œ

On 20 April, our B Division Floorball Girls ๐Ÿ‘ went against Marsiling Secondary School for the NSG Floorball Girls Finals. After long hours of tireless and laborious training, they managed to achieve national 2nd place ๐Ÿฅˆ . Throughout the match, they exhibited fierce determination, with an undying ember of competitiveness burning brightly and eternally within their hearts.

Thank you to the students who participated and supported our fellow schoolmates ๐ŸŽ‰. The echoes of cheer ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ that roared throughout the place undoubtedly made this achievement possible.

Once again, congratulations to our B Division Floorball Girls for attaining this commendable accomplishment ๐ŸŽŠ. Swiss is forever proud of you โœจ

Where were you during the Swiss Hari Raya concert? ๐Ÿ‘€

Last Thursday, Swiss gathered to celebrate the end of Ramadan ๐ŸŒ™, with a concert theme of โ€œHarmony in Diversity: Raya & Friendship Unitedโ€ ๐Ÿค. The event began with our Drama club's performance titled โ€œMaaf Zahir dan Batinโ€, a slice-of-life drama that exhibits the mundane aspects of a family ๐ŸŒ‡. Up next, a mini quiz was held, challenging the student bodiesโ€™ knowledge about Hari Raya ๐Ÿง . After that, an applaudable Modern dance performance was conducted by our school's Swiss Dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ, blending traditional and modern features into one.

We also had a fashion runway event with our very own international students as models! Wearing their respective traditional costumes from their home countries, the students served as glamorous โœจ testaments to Singapore's multiculturalism. To top it all off, our students sang a lively and wonderful melody ๐ŸŽค, ending the event with a festive spirit befitting of a celebration ๐ŸŽŠ.

We hope that through this event, our students fostered not only long-lasting memories, but also a sense of appreciation to the various cultures that exist around the world ๐ŸŒ.

Selamat Hari Raya, everyone! ๐ŸŽ‰

โ€œThe price of greatness is responsibility.โ€ โ€” Winston Churchill ๐ŸŒŸ

On 6 April 2026, Swiss gathered to witness the passing of the torch as the outgoing student leaders formally entrusted their duties to the newly appointed leaders of the Student Council, House EXCO, Science Ambassadors, Makers Education, Dhangout Crew, CCE Ambassadors, and CCA EXCO.

To our outgoing leaders: thank you for the unseen hours, the early mornings, and the steady hearts that kept Swiss running. Youโ€™ve left the foundation stronger than you found it. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

To the leaders of 2026: this sash is not a crown. It is a promise. Lead with kindness. Listen before you speak. And when no one is watching, keep showing up anyway. ๐Ÿ™Œ

We canโ€™t wait to see the legacy youโ€™ll build. ๐Ÿค

The horse came galloping in this year!๐ŸŽ

Last Monday, Swiss Cottage welcomed the Year of the Horse with a vibrant celebration in the school hall, filled with captivating performances and festive cheer. ๐ŸŽ‰ Students across all levels also decorated their classrooms with creative Chinese New Year themes, showcasing their artistic talent while building camaraderie. ๐Ÿงง

The programme began with a message from our Principal, followed by enthralling performances by members from Chinese Orchestra ๐ŸŽป and Swiss Dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ and the following quiz added excitement to the atmosphere.

Undoubtedly, the highlight was the spectacular Lion and Dragon Dance ๐Ÿ‰ by the Singapore Wushu Dragon and Lion Dance Federation, whose impressive stunts drew loud cheers from the crowd. The presence of elderly from the Lion Befrienders Association made the celebration even more meaningful. โœจ

With gratitude shared throughout the school, it was truly a celebration worth remembering. Happy Chinese New Year, everyone! ๐Ÿฎ
