During the Chinese immersion programme, the children were given the opportunity to engage in activities that cover the following:
1. Hanyu Pinyin
2. Strokes and writing
3. Chinese cultural experiences
4. Speech and drama
5. Rhymes and stories
6. Rapid word recognition

In this newsletter, you can see some of the different activities that have been carried out. In a future update, you can look forward to a video of one of the activities.

In 2022 we embarked on an extended programme for the K2 AM children. The programme strives to further enhance the development of the children in other aspects of skills learning.

They stay back daily for an additional 2 hours. After having their lunch, they proceed with the activities planned for the day. There are 2 days of Chinese Immersion, 1 day of Numeracy, 1 day of exploring Science Concepts, and another day of Exploring Stories.

The children look forward daily to the extended programme as they find it fun, engaging and meaningful to them.

This newsletter shows some activities that were carried out for our Numeracy lessons: Time with our Brainy Brains. The children were given the opportunity to explore financial literacy.
