I veckan fick vi ett mejl av en gammal elev som sökte direktkontakt med sin fd sponsor Karin som han vill tacka.
Mejlet är även ett varmt tack till alla andra som stöttar Ssenyange och gör skolgången möjlig på olika nivåer för så många elever.

Dear Matilda,
Thank you so much for your beautiful and encouraging email. Reading your response filled my heart with immense joy, gratitude, and hope. I am truly humbled by your kind words, and I sincerely appreciate the time you took to respond to my message.
It is absolutely okay for you to share my message, or any part of it, on the Ssenyange platforms. In fact, I would be honoured if my story could encourage the sponsors and show them that the seeds of kindness they planted continue to bear fruit. I hope it reminds them that every child they support carries their generosity for a lifetime.
I also want to sincerely thank you for your unwavering love, care, and commitment throughout those years. You were always there to guide, encourage, and connect us with people who believed in our future. Your dedication has touched countless lives, and I will forever remain grateful for everything you have done for me and so many others.
Please extend my deepest appreciation to all the sponsors who made my education possible. Their generosity did not only pay my school tuition; they also supported my upkeep and provided the scholastic materials I needed throughout my secondary school education right from 2017 to 2021 and in a good educational environment. They gave me dignity, confidence, and hope at a time when my family could not have managed on its own. Their kindness became a foundation upon which I continue to build my life.
I a very special way l would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my sponsor, Karin. Although we have never met, She has always held a very special place in my heart. Her generosity changed the course of my life, and I have never forgotten the sacrifices she made for someone she may not even have known personally. Please let her know that I remain deeply grateful and that her kindness continues to inspire me every day. I pray that God richly blesses her and her family for the compassion they showed me.
I cannot fully express how excited I am at the possibility of reconnecting with Karin. The thought of finally having an opportunity to thank Her personally means more to me than words can describe. It would truly be one of the greatest honours of my life.
Currently, I am pursuing a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT). I continue to work hard and strive to make the very best use of the opportunities that people like you and Karin made possible.
Once again, thank you, Matilda, for your love, your encouragement, and for kindly offering to contact Karin on my behalf. I am sincerely grateful, and I look forward with great excitement to hearing from you again.
