Still integrating the beauty of the past retreat in Barcelona.
I had the honor of supporting the extraordinary ceremony guide and retreat leader for the Summer Soul Retreat.

She’s one of the most experienced facilitators I’ve ever met.
This retreat was a full experience that included three days of profound inner work, a month of preparation coaching and activities and continues with a complete post-ceremony integration program.

With sound healing, meditation, acupuncture, cacao, dance, ceremony and deep presence we took a deep dive into the themes of the heart and the element of fire creating sacred space for healing and transformation to happen for all involved.

I’m so grateful to witness the unfolding of everyone’s journey and to be part of this path.

Endlessly inspired by Jess and the experience, and integrity she brings into this work.

I can’t wait to hold space with her and again!

Celebrating 10 Years of Teaching Yoga ✨

What a journey it’s been.

Im filled with gratitude for all the beautiful souls I’ve met along the way and what they’ve taught me — students and teachers alike. When people ask what kind of yoga I teach, I always find it hard to give a simple answer. Over the years I’ve taken countless trainings and classes across the spectrum, but more than anything, it’s my life experience (and creativity, shaped by my background as an artist), that guides the way I teach and practice today.

With time, my pace has softened. My focus has turned more and more inward, toward subtle shifts and embodied presence.

I’ve been through a few serious injuries over the years, and though they were challenging, they humbled me and deepened my understanding of the body and the practice. I stopped posting yoga photos a few years back, realizing how they show only a small part of what yoga truly is. They can intimidate, or even encourage harmful striving. But today, looking back at old images, I feel a renewed appreciation for the strength and beauty of the body, and the poetry of the asanas.

Yoga, breath, and meditation have always been my anchors. Tools to come back to my body, to ground, to heal, to move through grief and trauma, and to remember who I am.
And that’s what I hope to share in every class I teach. Embodied presence.

The practices that have held me are the same ones I now offer to others, with loads of love.

Ten years of teaching. A lot more to come.

Body appreciation post 🫶
Yesterday it was one year ago that I broke my back. I’m so thankful for the deep lessons it brought me and forever grateful for my body’s ability to heal! Our bodies are truly magic ✨

Reminder to thank your body today for everything it’s doing for you. Let’s see the food we’re eating as fuel and medicine and the exercise we perform as a form of self love, not punishment 🫶 your body will thank you ❤️
