Hello again 😃 now the single malt whisky is in the cask and just two bottles yet, because I want to see a good result first so thats why only two bottles to test and see then first 😉

Hello everyone 😃 it's Spirit's Sunday and the saturation of my cask is finished so all the content is out now. So I will let the cask dry for a while and then I put my whisky in and have my whisky finish done in next week 😉 it will be very intresting to taste and smell the result 🤗

Hello everyone 😃 now it's done with saturing/filling of the cask so now the oak can begin to absorb the spirit for about three month's 👍

Hello again everyone 😃 now the cask is empty and shall dry some until next day after work when I will saturate the cask with a spirit that is secret for now then 😉 thanks for reading folk 😊

Finally the little 5 litres cask is filled with hot water 3 times shaked around the cask so the little oak bits have been flushed out...and refilled a 4 time to let it stand for 24 hours to expand as it must to be completly without leek of water or worse the whisky.

So tomorrow its time to drain the cask of water and let it dry for at least 12 hours.

Hello everyone 😃 now finally my small cask is home that I will saturate with alcohol beverage that's secret of course when you must first see the result before you go put with all the details 😏.

Tasting of no.1 blend were really good 😋 indeed, with dried figs, and a hint of raisins behind it and peated smoke.

Hello everyone 😊 from the big celabrating midsommer weekend in Sweden 🇸🇪 when we dance around the tall green flower clothed flagpole and singing, that is an originated tradition from ancient Viking times to celabrate our Fertility.
