I'm really proud of my mum!! She has injured her shoulder so she's doing what she can to keep up her mental and physical health.
Practicing her artistic abilities and lower body mobility!
It's not easy to keep going when you're injured.
I think it's very important to be able to stay calm and on top of your Mental health without using physical activity.
Practicing something creative is perfect for this!

Cooking
Looking at animal videos
Thinking about animal videos
Warm bath
Cold shower
Cup of Pumpkin Chai Tea
Smell some trees
