Are you passionate about graphic design, visual storytelling, and being part of a creative editorial team? 🎨🌟 This is your chance to help shape the look and feel of UPF Lund's magazine as a Layout Trustee in our Magazine Committee!

As Layout Trustee, you'll be responsible for designing and formatting our magazine issues, turning written articles into visually engaging pages through creative typography, imagery, and layout choices. You'll work closely with the editorial team to bring each issue to life, ensuring a polished, professional, and engaging reading experience, while having the freedom to bring your own creative ideas to the table.

Previous experience with design software (such as Adobe InDesign) is a plus, but not a requirement. As long as you're eager to learn and develop your layout and design skills, we'd love to hear from you! ✨

As IT Lead Trustee, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing the UPF Lund website, keeping it up to date, user-friendly, and engaging. You'll also work closely with the Heads of PR, contribute to campaigns and communications, and have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and projects to life! 🌟

Do you want to be one of the people behind the most exciting weeks of the year? The applications for two Novisch Coordinators are now open!

As a Novisch Coordinator, you’ll work together with the Heads of the Activity Committee to plan and coordinate UPf’s annual Novisch period. You’ll help shape the schedule, book venues for sittningar, recruit faddrar, coordinate with different committees, and make sure our new students get the best possible introduction to student life.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in UPF, meet new people, gain experience in event planning and leadership, and leave your mark on one of our biggest traditions.

Whether you’re a planning enthusiast, a people person, or simply passionate about creating an amazing experience for future novices, we’d love to see your application!

”Between the Seas” is our fourth and final issue of the year. It looks at how Sweden, Estonia, and their Nordic and Baltic neighbours are navigating a stormier world — together. Defence, identity, leadership, and the quiet but consequential logic of who stands by whom when things get hard.
It also marks two endings: the close of our ERASMUS+ collaboration with our Estonian friends from RSR, and the last issue Olivia and Filippo will edit together. It has been a year we will not forget.

The issue features a dedicated section on Student Voices in Maritime Affairs, this year’s UPF Project of the Year.

Välkomna till vår sista föreläsning för våren, en lunchföreläsning med ingen annan än Magdalena Andersson! Den 29:e maj kommer hon på besök för att berätta om sina erfarenheter som ledare i en osäker omvärld och tiden som Sveriges första kvinnliga statsminister. Hon bjuder dessutom på 9 konkreta tips om ledarskap, och svarar på era frågor från publiken. Det vill ni inte missa!
