🍻It's time for the last day of the spring introduction week!🍻..and we want to go out with a bang! Today, our committee 🧡PUST🧡 invites you to a seating with the theme FREAKY FRIDAY!🤩 To attend this event, you need to have bought a ticket in the Orbi app.📱 Did you miss it? Fear not! The party afterwards, TP2 (tentaphest 2, meaning exam party 2) is open for all students, regardless of if you were at the seating or not.🍾 The party opens at 21.00.

⚠️NOTE! - to attend the student pub, you need to bring a valid form of ID as well as a student certificate. It does not matter that we can tell if you're of age or not, as we need to be able to identify all our guests according to our serving permit.

👾It's Friday, and time for a Mini-LAN!👾
This evening, our committee WYSIWYG invites you and your friends to come hang out at the Union for a mini-LAN! 🌟💚
WYSIWYG arranges one to two LAN's per year, and they want to give you a sneek peak of what you might expect later. Come play some video games, and who knows, maybe there'll even be a tournament or two?🎮

🌟It's finally time for the semi-annual Pub Crawl!🌟
Twice a year, the Student Union arranges a pub crawl together with our business partners/sponsors. Today, it's finally time again!🤩
The first stop will be at DeCore, our own pub at the Student Union.🥂 The doors open at 18.30, and by 20:00 we will head out into town. Before heading out, you will need to get a band, so that the pubs know that you're part of the pub crawl, which gives you free entry.🕺 Specific schedules for the different committees will be posted later today.

⚠️NOTE that we highly prefer if you signed up for the pub crawl beforehand in the Orbi app. Did you miss the deadline or forget to sign up? It's fine. Just let us know when you pick up your band, and you can still attend.

💫Today's activities - tacos and five game challenge!💫
This afternoon, we will first meet up at Västan to hang out and have some tacos to make sure we have plenty of energy, because after that we will have a five-game challenge!
Make sure to bring some hungry friends, and come hang out with us!

⚠️NOTE that the first activity of the day, the tacos at Västan, is not a free event. The Student Union and University West will NOT be paying for the food at the event, but you will need to pay for yourself.

🎉Today's activity is called CU@4 (see you at four)!🎉
CU@4 is a great time to meet other students outside of class, to hang out, play board games, and have some traditional Swedish Fika. 🍪☕

⚠️NOTE that we made a small mistake in the earlier schedule: today's activity is between 16-18, and not until 20 like we wrote earlier.

📣What do I need to know before parking at the university?📣

In these pictures, we explain how you get a parking permit - which you need in order to park at campus. 🅿🚗
If you have questions regarding parking, please visit www.hv.se or contact Service Center at HV.

⚠️Note that you ALWAYS need to pay the standard parking fee in the EasyPark app, on top of having a parking permit. If you don't have a permit, or if you don't pay the parking fee, you will risk getting fined.

Welcome to the Spring introductory week 2026 at University West! 🎉

Here’s the schedule for an exciting week full of activities! 🗓️ Every day, the activities start at campus. We're either at the student union, in the A-house on campus, or at restaurant Västan, which is right in the middle of the main building on campus. Of course both new and returning students are welcome! 🙌

Follow us here – we’ll post daily updates about the upcoming activities. Please note that the times are preliminary and may be subject to change, but we’ll keep you updated! We can’t wait to see you all! 💙🩷
