We had a great meeting yesterday! Evakarin Wallin spoke on the topic of setting goals and how obstacles in goal setting are just "ugly friends" you need to get to know! Leona Pirhi shared a touching story of her Grandmother surviving Auschwitz and the pains later in life moving into an elderly home. We then had a great Table Topic session headed by Vasilij Savin givng us a chance to practice publicly thanking an audience after winning a prize. After every Table topic there was immediate feedback on what the audience felt as a result of our thankyou speeches! Very effective!

Today we had our first meeting at Studiefrämjandet. Sandheep worked on this fifth project from the Public Relation manual. His topic was "The Crisis Management Speech". He was the CEO of a fictious company meeting and dealing with reporters after a terrible accident with one worker killed. Roseline gave her fifth speech from the Professional Speaker manual. The topic here was "The Motivational Speech". Roseline rehearsed a speech which she will give to 30 young girls coming together from Rinkeby and Östermalm and who have sports in common.
