Think of your life as a container ship. Have you ever seen a large container ship make a turn somewhere out on the ocean? Large container ships do not turn on a dime, 90 degrees, when they want to go to a different destination. In the beginning the change of direction is hardly visible. When some time has passed the change from destination A to destination B becomes much more clear.

It is the same when you want to make a change in your leadership, in your life, in your communication. We tend to underestimate the power of the small change. Many times we try to make the big change right away and get overwhelmed.

So make that small change today, start using that one new word in your communication, change that one little thing about your diet, watch that one video. And be amazed what the difference can be 1 month, 1 year or even 5 years into the future.
