ReAD's team of researchers, educators, and development experts have over a decade of experience providing technical support to major development and research actors. ReAD's associates have experience working with abstract evaluative criteria (s
uch as the MDG and SDG framework) –and implementing such criteria into workable indicators and strategies for data collection, evaluation, and reporting. At every step of the project cycle, from problem analysis to training staff members in logical framework analysis, theory of change analysis, strategic planning and evaluation, progress report writing, and professional language editing – ReAD associates can provide valuable support to your organization. Social Research
We conduct research services for all stages of the project cycle – including baseline studies, impact evaluations action research, ethnographic panel research, large-scale statistical surveys, news-paper mining, and reviews of specific thematic literature. Capacity building
We provide in-house training and familiarization with the various typical aspects of a project cycle, including planning and budgeting for activities, monitoring and evaluating progress, report writing, and presentation style. We can also provide training on qualitative (action research) and quantitative (SPSS & Stata) research tools. Editorial/reporting support
We provide 'quality control' of internally produced reports, including fact-verification, language re-drafting, visual presentation of scientific data, and 'packaging' reports to TOR requirements. Project Management
