Looks like a dance move… but it builds riders. 💃🏻🤠

Side-to-side kettlebell swings = more than just power.

You’re training:
→ lower leg stability while things are moving
→ controlled weight shifts (without collapsing)
→ timing and reactivity under load
→ independence between upper & lower body

Because in the saddle, nothing is static.
Your body needs to stabilise, adjust, and respond—at the same time.

If you can control this off the horse…
you’ll feel the difference on it. 🐎

Save this & try it — notice your weaker side 👀

Minibar… but make it skincare 🧴✨

What looks a little extra is actually very intentional.

Skinome is built on one core idea:
your skin isn’t just skin — it’s an ecosystem.

The skin microbiome (your skin’s natural bacteria) is a key part of:
– barrier function
– inflammation control
– overall skin health

Most traditional skincare disrupts this balance with heavy preservatives and overly aggressive formulations.

Skinome does the opposite.

• Fresh formulations
• Minimal preservatives
• Ingredients designed to support — not fight — your microbiome

Which is why, yes… it lives in the fridge.

Because when products are truly “alive” in function,
they’re not made to sit on a shelf for years.

Performance > convenience. Always.

Struggling to stay balanced in sharp turns? Let’s break it down. 💪

If you can’t control rotation in your body…
you can’t control direction on your horse.

In a turn, the forces increase:
→ Your body wants to fall in or drift out
→ Your hands start compensating
→ Your line gets messy

This trains the opposite.

Here you’re forced to:
• Resist rotation through your core
• Stay centered over one leg
• Control your shoulders while your hands move

→ Exactly what you need in a fast turn or jump-off.

Because sharp turns aren’t about pulling harder.
They’re about controlling your body against force. To help the horse!

Train this, and you’ll feel:
✔ More control through the turn
✔ Better balance without collapsing
✔ Cleaner, tighter lines

Control the rotation = control the turn.

Save this and try it 🔁

Sleep is the most underrated performance enhancer 💤⚡️

Federer → ~12h/day (10h at night + 2h nap)
Bolt → ~10h/night

Bolt once woke up 35 minutes before a race…
and broke a world record.

Now translate that to riding:

When you sleep ≤6 hours:
→ You fatigue ~30% earlier

That’s not just “feeling tired.”
That’s:

• Losing your position late in the round
• Slower decisions between fences
• Less precise turns
• A less stable lower leg
• A weaker connection to the horse

Physiology doesn’t negotiate.

Less sleep =
Less oxygen uptake
Less strength
Less coordination

Which shows up exactly when you need control the most.

Between fences.
In the jump-off.
When it matters.

Sleep is not recovery after performance.
It is performance.

Sleep tight, friends! 😴😍 //Coach Nina # # #

Your communication with your horse is only as good as what your hands can deliver.

And your hands are only as good as your shoulders.

Your scapulae decide the quality of your connection.

If you lack strength, control, or mobility → your hands compensate.
❌ inconsistent contact
❌ loss of feel
❌ stiffness instead of elasticity

Connection doesn’t come from your hands… it travels through them.

Train your shoulders = better contact 🐎✨
Save this 🔥

This is not just a core exercise—this is rider control under rotation 🌀

You’re training:
✔️ Oblique strength (for controlled turning)
✔️ Anti-collapse in your upper body
✔️ Coordination between core + hips
✔️ Stability when your horse changes direction or balance

Most riders either over-rotate or block the movement completely.
Neither creates a balanced, responsive turn.

👉 You need controlled rotation. Not stiffness. Not chaos.

Think about it like this:
The stronger and more precise your core is in rotation,
the clearer your aids become through the turn.

Quiet body = clearer communication = better line 🐎

🎯 Keep it slow. Stay in control. Don’t let the weight pull you.

Save this and add it to your next session.
