Before everyone disappears for Midsummer weekend, we'd love to share how we celebrate it here in Sweden! 🇸🇪
🌿 We decorate a giant flower-covered pole and dance around it.
🐸 One of the most popular dances involves pretending to be frogs.
🥂 We drink aquavit, sing songs before every shot, and somehow get louder with each round.
💐 And according to tradition, if you place seven different flowers under your pillow, you'll dream of your future love.
It may sound a little unusual when written down, but it's one of Sweden's most cherished traditions and a celebration of summer, community, and spending time together.
Whether you're celebrating Midsummer or simply enjoying a well-earned summer weekend, we wish you a wonderful few days ahead.
