The policy of KTH is that premisses they rent from Akademiska Hus cannot be used for gym activities, no matter how beneficial for the health of their staff (despite the fact that Akadmiska Hus is perfectly fine with premisses that they OWN are being used as gym).
However, it is perfectly in harmony with official KTH policy to allocate their rented premisses to useless activities such as - NOTHING.

Hi everyone!
Here is some facts:
KTH has paid 4.5 Mkr to Nordic Wellness, who operates KTH-hallen.
KTH lost a case in court against Nordic Wellness and is now forced to pay this substantial amount to Nordic Wellness.
This is a long story, but boils down to the fact that the administrators at KTH cannot read and understand a simple contract.
On the other hand, they are experts on how to terminate a well functioning and highly appreciated staff gym, AlbaNova gym. The premises are now empty and not requested by anyone. The departments at AlbaNova are forced to pay the rent, but have no access to the premises for almost TWO years.
