Recap on our three days in Iceland!!! 🇮🇸

Truly an amazing way to end the trip! We were able to see so much and visit so many places in a short amount of time. We saw multiple waterfalls, a glacier, swam in the sky lagoon and went whale watching! A dream come true for many of us!

Last Day in Sweden! 🇸🇪

We had an amazing time visiting an Assisted Living facility. We learned about the different needs of the community and the general options for assistance.

Later that evening we said our goodbyes at a farewell dinner where we had the opportunity to eat Swedish meatballs!

Hi ! My name is Julia and I am an Exercise Science major from New York. I will graduate in spring of 25 and will attend occupational therapy graduate school to earn my doctorate ! Day 2 in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪

Today we went to the Youth Unemployment Center where we learned about the different challenges and strategies used to help the youth within low income and high crime areas. It was amazing to speak with workers that serve as “Coaches” for young men and women who are in need of help and resources to enter the workforce!

After our visit at the Youth Center, we went to the Swedish Sea and Rescue Society where we had the opportunity to see their equipment, learn about their history and watch a rescue exercise demonstration! They come from diverse professional backgrounds but unite as volunteers to assist in rescue efforts.

Hi!! My name is Sierra and I am from Fort Myers, Florida. I am a senior majoring in Health Science and will graduate Fall of 24! First full day in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪

Today we had the opportunity to visit the Swedish History Museum where we learned about the pre historic ages, the viking age and even had the chance to participate in traditional activities. Later a group of us went on a boat tour of the surrounding islands and got a glimpse into the diverse and rich history of this beautiful country!

Today was our free day & last day in Copenhagen! 🇩🇰

During our free time many of us admired the beautiful royal palaces within Copenhagen! Others went to Tivoli Gardens which is an amusement park that inspired Walt Disney’s theme parks. Along with shopping in the town square and exploring the beautiful landmarks, a group of students even had the chance to explore the small town of Nyhavn.

On to Stockholm, Sweden tomorrow!! 🇸🇪
