Four pillars of my training philosophy:

- Strength (progressive overload)
- Bodybuilding (mind-muscle)
- Function (Movement)
- Mobility (Injury prevention)

All of these aspects of training are included in one way or the other in my training programs.

Training should be fun, challenging and balanced.

If you can’t afford a PT, get a training partner.

You don’t have to train heavy, but you do need to train hard.

What goes down must also go up. Don’t give up when it’s hard.

Learn to channel your energy. For example, at the gym and with long walks.

You are capable of much more than you think.

November is here and it is getting darker FAST. The weather seems to affect us all more or less and without a strong routine our mental & physical health slowly deteriorates… This is the time for me to read more books📚 practice meditation/prayer🙏🏼 and TRAIN HARD🏋🏻‍♂️ I wish you all the best.
