One of the final stages of the SDCN Academy programme is the interview session with recruiters.

After several weeks of preparation, participants take part in interview conversations, receive direct feedback, and gain insight into recruitment processes and employer expectations.

It is a key part of the programme, combining skills development, labour market knowledge and direct employer engagement.

Participants also start building their professional networks through direct interaction with recruiters.
