This autumn I will take in new students for my weekly deepening classes.

These evenings have been an oasis of joy, connections, laughter and play during the last year.

The course is a mixed gendered group who want to explore the ropes in an intimate setting and practice together.
In the course we will study both technique and creative and bodily skills for deeper connection and play.

A completely new chapter.

A few weeks has passed without my phone.
On Monday I start my first real job as a social worker with children and on the side from September a 2 year psychotherapy ACT education.

My dream has always been to have one foot in each world. One in the madness and holyness of dancing hippies tying each other up, soaring to new heights of depth and experience. And one in broader society, in the mud and the everyday life of the world.

I’ve had two-three years where my focus has been building my own company. What a fu***ng ride.. I’ll share more about that process later.
And now another era will start where my main focus work wise will shift.

I will still give some classes and weekends, this autumn I will hold my 10 week continuation class in Stockholm on Thursdays. More than that I don’t know for the moment.
What I know is that I will explore even deeper what I truly want to offer, not just to make a living, but because my heart desires the creation.
And that I will come back with deeper knowledge from taking my distance.

Last therapeutic rope session before 10 days of vacation.

This summer I have been working with women in the ropes from an approach of somatic therapy, and it’s the most beautiful learning experience. To meet different people where they are in their longings and challenges.

I haven’t been able to share much about it, because it is new. The words are not there yet. That to me is a good sign. The state before clarity is precious.

Untying from the fire of the sauna.

Sometimes an adventure is just what we need to feel alive.
