So, what will you do at TechLabs as Finance & Legal Lead?

Help to build up and actively shape the administrative side of a charity. Get involved with the design of an internal accounting and tax system, the creation of detailed budgets, as well as setting up the legal framework of our local organization.

- Help draft legal framework contracts in coordination with experts, other locations, and new TechLabs Stockholm members
- Take responsibility in financial matters to projects where we have sponsorships
- Gain experience in legal topics such as data protection of non-profit organizations with the support of TechLab's experts
- Access to and active contribution to knowledge and assets for success from the TechLabs community and a network full of ambitious young people who want to make a difference
- Collaborate with other teams

So, what will you do at TechLabs as Marketing Lead?

Help to build one of the most dedicated nonprofit brands across Europe as well as rethink the status quo of marketing in nonprofits and in particular build an overwhelming TechLabs brand experience.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned with demand generation goals
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
- Create presentations for workshops and events together with the Journey team

So, what will you do at TechLabs as Journey Lead?

Help to shape the participant's journey of the TechLabs Digital Shaper Program by creating & optimizing major components of the program as well as planning, organizing, and coordinating TechLabs community meetings (e.g. workshops, socials, keynotes, etc.) during the semester.

- Plan, conceptualize & execute projects independently (alumni concept, study buddies, project phase) in order to improve our product and the experience of our program participants
- Take responsibility for the programs and events TechLabs Stockholm will produce
- Make sure that our Digital Shaper Program participants have the greatest experience possible during their TechLabs semester
- Become the leading voice and speaker at our internal events and workshops with our participants, and communicate with external guests, and speakers

You will build and manage the connection between our business partners and TechLabs Stockholm. It will be your job to find and attract the right partners who will work alongside TechLabs Stockholm to rethink digital education in the area.

- Generate new leads and partnership opportunities with exciting partners (e.g. high growth startups, consulting companies, regional large technology companies, local foundations)
- Serve as the key point of contact between TechLabs and partners
- Develop and design presentations for potential partners with quality content and a thought trough pitch strategy
- Plan events with Partners and Techies*to encourage more engagement

- Organize team meetings and lead discussions
- Support the different teams and help them coordinate their efforts
- Create a great work culture to make sure everybody in the team has a great experience, is happy, and heard
- Develop a long-term vision** for TechLabs in Stockholm
