How has meditation changed my life?
When I began meeting myself more deeply—and practicing embracing whatever arose when I became still—I noticed a slow but profound shift.
Less control. Less stress. Less anxiety.
When I first started meditating, I began asking myself:
What is really guiding my choices?
As I practiced being still, observing my thoughts, and feeling my body—which can express joy, peace, restlessness, and stress—I chose to stay present and listen, even when the experience was uncomfortable.
To listen to my emotions.
To remain with my experience.
With curiosity.
With kindness.
And little by little, something began to loosen its grip on me.
The worrying thoughts.
The inner stress of not feeling settled.
The feeling of never being enough.
Only allowing myself to feel satisfied once everything was accomplished.
Always doing.
Always fixing.
Always chasing the next thing.
Through meditation, therapy, and inner work, we can slowly peel away old conditioning and begin to question the rules we’ve lived by for so long.
Maybe those rules no longer serve you?
To feel happy simply because you are you.
To feel loved without having to earn it.
To feel free.
That is possible.
🧘♂️ You notice old patterns more quickly.
🧘♂️ You stay connected to yourself, even when difficult emotions arise.
🧘♂️ You set boundaries before frustration, stress, and exhaustion take over.
🧘♂️ You create more space for rest, joy, and presence.
🧘♂️ You choose what protects your inner peace.
🧘♂️ And again and again, you find your way back to yourself.
Healing is not about never feeling sad, anxious, angry, or afraid. It is about meeting every emotion with greater awareness, responding to yourself with more kindness, and offering yourself a little more trust and love each time.
This isn’t about perfection.
It isn’t about achievement.
It is about living with greater presence, self-compassion, and courage.
A life guided by an open heart❤️
