Kick-start your finance career; apply to Nordea Women’s Finance Insight Programme 2026!

Nordea invites Bachelor’s and Master’s students to join the upcoming Women’s Finance Insight Programme, offering an introduction to Investment Banking & Equities and Markets.

During the spring of 2026, you’ll take part in 5–7 afternoon sessions of 2.5–3 hours, including in-person workshops, case cracking and valuation exercises, ESG insights, and meetings with professionals and recruiters. The programme ends with a closing dinner.

Students in Lund are encouraged to apply to both Stockholm and Copenhagen, which are held at Nordea HQs in Stockholm and Copenhagen, respectively. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and domestic travel costs are covered.

During the last week as a part of World Pride, we published a series of interviews, inspiring posts and stories on our Instagram page to show our support to people of the LGBTQ+ community. The intent behind the series was to focus on LGBTQ+ specific role models and allies, and career opportunities to inspire people in the LGBTQ+ community to pursue a career within finance. Even though World Pride ended last week, our work towards equality, diversity and inclusion within the finance industry remains. At Female Network, we will continue to amplify the voices that need to be heard and host events hoping to spark the interest of someone belonging to a minority to pursue finance as a career.
