Studentföreningen Campus Skellefteå

We are glad to welcome Kiropraktorhögskolan in the fall of 2024 to both Campus and Studentföreningen!

For this Kiropraktorhögskolan will have an open house event the 5-6 of May, where all is welcome to come and have a chat with them. There will be student counslers, teachers, representetives from the profession, and representetives from the student union.

Students on Campus Skellefteå also will be able to book an appointment with a chiropractor to a reduced price of 200kr during the open house. For others it will cost 400kr.

Open hours for the days are:
Saturday: 11-16
Monday: 10-14

After a bit of a delay, it is now time to present another one of our sub-sections! This time, it is TAFS! Our video-game sub-section! 🎮

TAFS holds their activities on Mondays and allows students to indulge in various different gaming activities, such as VR, Video Games and Computer Games! They also occasionally arrange LAN-Events and tournaments! 🤩

Hey! If you haven't seen by now, Phöseriet is recruiting! If you're interested in being a Phösare next year, make sure to apply before the 7th of December 12:02! Being a Phösare is a very fun and enlightening experience so we hope to see you there. Hop hop and hi! 🤩

Hey! A few weeks ago, we teamed up with LUDD and Datasektionen for the revival of DataLUDDLan! The event was a massive success and we are excited to work together more in the future! 🤝

As you may have already seen, last week SKARV held their first SKARV-Mässa since starting up the sub-section again! It was a massive success! 📈

But as such, it is now time to present them as a sub-section! SKARV specializes in connecting with companies and providing them with a platform to showcase their offerings to students. This creates a fantastic networking opportunity for all involved and allows companies to show their best to the interested youths! 👀

We are looking forward to seeing more successful Skarvmässor over the years, so look out for a little birdie informing you about their next exhibitions!

A 2 in 1 special??? We of course cannot talk about Ovve-Onsdag without talking about our sub-section Mi.F.F.O!

Mi.F.F.O is the sub-section which deals in Studentoverall culture as well as patches culture around our Campus! They also occassionally hold sewing nights in collaboration with SKRUV, especially now around the time of Kravall! 🤩

They are also responsible for dealing out the magnificent Teknologkårsmössor and Overalls themselves! 🕺

You can recognize them by their absolutely STYLISH and MAGNIFICENT suits and hats! But always remember, they will show up with their wares when you least it expect it... 👀

Hey! Today we wanted to bring attention to an old Campus tradition, Ovve Onsdag! A day when students around campus wear their overalls with glee! Rumour is that there is a patch which you can buy at Travven on Wednesday if you're wearing your Ovve as well...

Will you join in on the tradition? 👀 Now is as good a time as any as we're closing in on Kravall for this year!

SKARV are going to be holding their SKARV exhibition for this year on the 16th and 17th of November! 🎉🎉🎉

A fantastic opportunity for you as a student to build your network and meet the local companies! ☺️

SKARV brings you companies for gaming, IT, manufacturing, culture and more! It's a job and networking opportunity you do not want to miss! 😉

Arctic Games, Arctic Business, Franke Futurum AB, Magna Electronics, Skellefteå Kraft and Nordkonsult Luleå AB will be there, so come and check out this exhibition organized by SKARV!🎊

Next up on our list of subsections is our board game subsection: FUSK!

FUSK regularly hold board game nights at our Student House: STOCK on Thursdays! ♟️

They also occasionally hold tournaments and long game weekends!

Sexmästeriet is the subsection which manages the studentpub Traversen! 🍻
