Todays mainset was a 3 min pace 10
2x12kg 30reps
And i lifted 2x24kg 30reps
This was actually the longest set i managed lift since i retired from pro lifting 😊
So im Happy for that.
Video is 1min sets me 2x24kg +2kg kettleweights
