🇸🇪🏃‍♀️‍➡️🇸🇪Yesterday Midnattsloppet Malmö came to our city and my whole family was involved as volunteers & runners✅. It was really great to be part of this with MAI and people from all generations and our daughter was also speaker of the event with her friend💚🖤💚. In Sweden it is expected to help your sport club (idrottsförening) at events and competitions in order to raise money for your sport club that means so much for so many people💯🤝💯!

🇸🇪🥳🇸🇪Swedes are talking about that it could be one of the last summer nights of the year soon so let’s have parties outdoors🎉. Saturday we attended to a summer party that in many ways was typical Swedish:

🎉 outdoors no matter weather!

🎉 hiring a white tent!

🎉 table placements (bordsplacering)!

🎉 many speeches (I held one too☺️)!

🎉 a lot of sing-along (allsång)!

🎉 you thank the host as soon as you can!

🇸🇪☕️🇸🇪Some FIKAS in your life you will never forget-like this one that I had today with my 83-year-old mother❣️! This famous bakery Hantverksbageri på Hallands Landsbygd surrounded by beautiful nature is very close to where I grew up and I just love to visit small businesses on the countryside like this one as they often need to work even harder than anyone else in order to success🌟! I totally understand why this bakery has been awarded so many times and I am looking forward to show it to the rest of my family as well!

🇸🇪🐚🇸🇪Last day of school holiday and we decided to visit my dad in the hospital and then enjoy a windy breeze & dinner at Sweden’s most beautiful beach TYLÖSAND where my husband & I almost 20 years ago got married❣️. I am so thankful everyone could join today as tomorrow we all go to school & work💼.

🇸🇪🏃‍♀️‍➡️🇸🇪It is not often I can run with my fast girls but luckily we sometimes attend to Parkrun 5 km together and so we did last Saturday✅🙏🙌. At the moment our daughter is at a training camp in Vallentuna (a lot of running as well)! Both my girls have been running in Stockholm, Vallentuna & at the Olympic Stadion this summer-running is a great sport that you can join wherever you are🙏!

🇸🇪🛶🇸🇪The other day I was invited to a kick-off with one of my clients and it was unforgetable🙌. We did canoeing 9 km (!) and it was not so easy as everyone thought (stony and little water) but we all made it🙌! The nature was amazing and hamburgers tasted better than ever! We continued to do rail-bike cycling (dressin) and the day ended with a Swedish fika. This was a a very Swedish day out in the nature🇸🇪🙏🇸🇪!

🇸🇪⚓️🇸🇪When you are in Stockholm it is so easy to take a ferry to one of the islands in the Archipelago. We chose Fjäderholmarna where you can get fantastic fish dinner, glass blowing & art! An around trip costs about 60 Euros for a family (with 2 children) and the ferry from Stockholm city to Fjäderholmarna takes about 30 minutes-such a wonderful trip🇸🇪⚓️🇸🇪.

🇩🇰🤩🇸🇪What an unforgetable day it was at Copenhagen Fashion Week 2026 CIFF yesterday🙌! We got to see fantastic Scandinavian style clothing that will be on the market 2027 (looking forward…) and the most beautiful catwalk ever👯! Thank you so much to Marge Svensson (Parami) who opened a new world to us🙏!
