EU Mobility Sverige Professional educational advisory center - Erasmus+ in Sweden

EU Mobility Sverige implements Erasmus+ projects by organizing internships in Skåne for vocational school students from several EU countries. Our mission is to provide students with opportunities to practice knowledge and skills that are acquired in their homelands and highly demanded in the European labor market. We carefully pair the needs of our partner companies to ambitious students with heal

th- and work insurance. All formalities and documentation related to the students' internship are handled by us, as well as transportation and accommodation. The EU-funded Erasmus+ projects are 2-4 weeks long and appeals to students with a great interest in Sweden and good English skills. Both participating students and our partner companies consistently report very high levels of satisfaction with the internship experience and several companies have employed former interns. These results make us believe that connecting companies with future professionals develops a more vibrant European economy.

🇦🇹 AUSTRIA MOBILITY: CREATIVITY MEETS TECHNOLOGY 🇸🇪

From July 12 to August 8, 2026, one talented student from Austria took the next step beyond the classroom and gained valuable hands-on experience in a creative and technology-focused working environment in Sweden.

She is a graduate of HAK Rohrbach, a school we are proud to cooperate with, and her mobility provided her with an opportunity to put her knowledge and interests into practice in an international environment.

During her internship, she combined creativity with digital skills, gaining practical experience in photography and IT. Kunst Pottery Painting is a creative environment where visual art and digital tools come together, giving her the opportunity to explore both artistic and technical aspects of the workplace.

During her stay, she had the chance to experience a new working environment, develop practical skills, and adapt to professional life in Sweden. It was a great opportunity to gain international experience, broaden her perspective, and discover how her interests can be applied in a real workplace.

Dedicated to IT infrastructure, network management, and technical solutions within store and office setups, Net2world engaged participants in active daily operations. Supported by clear, step-by-step guidance from helpful mentors, students handled system and store tasks smoothly without friction.

Accord - Skylt & Reklam AB Participants jumped straight into graphic layout design, commercial sign manufacturing, and physical advertising assembly for live client projects.

Wakan Tanka Records Diving into professional audio environments, students worked hands-on with studio recording sessions, sound mixing tools, and digital media production.

🛒 RETAIL & LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

Italian Supermarket Handling real-time commercial operations, participants managed stock inventories, food distribution workflows, and daily customer interaction on the store floor.

Between June 22nd and July 17th, 2026, a group of practical tech talents from HTL Vöcklabruck in Austria swapped their standard classroom routines for an intensive EU Mobility experience. Over four focused weeks, they stepped directly into local business workflows to see how technical theory translates into daily industry practice.

At ICMS, three mechatronics students dove straight into the balance between hardware and software. They spent their placement working hands-on with physical machinery and digital logic, tackling real engineering challenges side-by-side with industry professionals.

Over at Net2world, the focus turned purely to code. One software student joined the team to work directly within active software development environments, gaining firsthand insight into building and testing digital solutions.

Meanwhile, at KC kompetence, the placement centered on professional talent coordination. The focus here was all about communication and recruitment processes, handling direct candidate outreach, reviewing CVs, and managing calls and emails to match talent with real opportunities.

A huge round of applause to all the participants from HTL Vöcklabruck for showing great initiative, adapting quickly, and representing their school with real technical pride! 🌟

🧱 Ground-Level Construction 🛠️ On active building sites, the team experienced the realities of physical construction firsthand! Working directly with essential bricklaying tools, they tackled genuine site labor and gained authentic, hands-on building experience. 💪

📐 Architectural & CAD Drafting 💻 Inside professional design studios, participants contributed directly to live projects! Using ArchiCAD and specialized technical software, they assisted in crafting actual floor plans, building layouts, and architectural blueprints. ✏️

📊 Financial Admin & Cost Estimation 💼 In company offices, students managed key administrative workflows! They took charge of real project data, building financial spreadsheets in Excel to calculate material budgets and project expenses. 🧮

📦 Supply Chain & Logistics 🚚 At construction material centers and storage hubs, participants discovered what keeps job sites running smoothly, learning the ins and outs of inventory control, logistics management, and material retail operations! 🏢

From physical masonry and digital blueprinting to cost analysis and supply management, this crew proved what comprehensive technical training looks like! ⭐️

Between 28 June and 4 July 2026, a group of dedicated educators Zespół Szkół w Gorzowie Śląskim 🇵🇱 took part in a Job Shadowing experience in Malmö, discovering Swedish professional environments and gaining valuable insights into different industries.

During their mobility, they had the opportunity to visit and learn from inspiring local companies and organizations. At Habibi Hairdresser Salon, they explored the world of professional hair care, modern styling techniques, and personalized customer service in a multicultural environment. 💇‍♀️✨

At Verkbil Bilverkstad, they discovered the daily work of an automotive workshop, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, welding, and the practical skills needed in the modern automotive sector. 🚗🔧

Their visit to First Hotel Jörgen K**k offered an insight into the hospitality industry, showing how reception, reservations, guest relations, and different hotel departments work together to create a high-quality experience for visitors. 🏨🌍

At MEGAREP Malmö, they explored advanced automotive repair processes, combining mechanical expertise, technical diagnostics, bodywork, and quality control. ⚙️🚘

At Kvartersrestaurang Kolga, they experienced Swedish food culture and learned more about restaurant operations, customer care, event services, and the traditions behind local cuisine. 🍽️🇸🇪

The final stop, Goya Hair Salon, provided an opportunity to discover the creativity and professionalism behind the hair and beauty industry, from client consultations and styling trends to building positive customer experiences. ✂️🌟

This Job Shadowing experience was not only about observing workplaces - it was about exchanging knowledge, discovering new approaches to education, and bringing fresh inspiration back to the classroom.

From 28/06/2026 to 04/07/2026, a group of dedicated teachers from Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. bł. Ks. Romana Sitki w Mielcu took part in an intensive EU Job Shadowing programme in Malmö, Sweden, organised as part of an international mobility project. By stepping directly into the business world, the participants explored how modern international companies operate, helping ensure that classroom teaching keeps pace with the latest industry standards.

It was an action-packed week of professional development. The participants visited ÖE Terminal AB, gaining first-hand insight into modern warehousing, logistics, and global supply chains. At Accord Skylt & Reklam AB, they explored the creative and commercial aspects of visual branding, design, and innovative advertising solutions. To complement their professional learning with cultural enrichment, they also visited Gustus Shop & Gallery, located in the historic Hedmanska Gården near Lilla Torg, where they discovered the richness of Scandinavian art, heritage, and the creative economy.

This mobility was a valuable opportunity to connect education with real business practice, exchange international experiences, and strengthen vocational teaching through authentic workplace learning. The participants are returning home with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and practical inspiration that will enrich their teaching and benefit their students for years to come. 🚀🇪🇺
