I feel so lucky to have learned about personal finance and investing when I was 23 years old.

And I want my content to inspire others to learn about personal finance and investing to improve their life.

Live below your means and contribute as much as you can to your Roth IRA and 401K and just use basic low cost index funds or ETFs like the S&P500 at a minimum. That’s it.

Ex-engineer as a Dad of 3 begins on August 9th!

Thank you all for watching over the past year since I got that job at McDonald’s in July 2025.

Kudos to Chase Ridgeway and other creators that can give 0 effs and just film in public.

I used to think that when I had more followers it would be easier to film in public.

Or when I started making real money from content it would get easier.

Well I have followers and a good content income and I still can’t do it.

Please don’t fall for everything on the internet.

Of course people are going to say 401Ks are bad…because they’re selling a course on real estate investing.

IMO you can’t trust anything on social media. Including me.

How do you know what I’m saying is even the right personal finance and investing advice?

IMO, the best personal finance information is the Reddit Personal Finance subreddit Wiki.

It has everything you need to learn personal finance and investing. And it’s not from one individual person.

It’s a collective opinion from its thousands of members on the exact and best way to handle your personal finances and investing. And that’s why IMO you can trust it.

And the best part, it’s free.

No one talks about this on social media because Reddit doesn’t pay anyone to promote this.

I’m not getting paid to tell you this. I could make more money buy taking that info and putting it into a course.

But I truly don’t want to gate keep it and make you and other people think that personal finance and investing is hard to learn. It’s not.

All the information is out there for free.

Money will allow you to pursue your dream.

My dream is to make an impact on the world by teaching others how to improve their life with their personal finances.

It also sounds like a lot of fun to work at every fast food restaurant and see how all the food is made. And it also gets views on the internet.

My money is allowing me to pursue my dreams.

More views, followers, and clout will let me turn content creation into a full time job and allow me to reach as many people as possible. And also let me live out my dream.

Your dream is going to be different than mine, but the principle still applies.

Money will allow you to pursue whatever your dream is.
