Urban Recycling 2021 has now started and we are excited to work with GÅSEBÄCK in Helsingborg again. How will a sustainable development in this unique area lift the excisting qualities and be an attractive place for everyone - and what will the synergy effects be when developing this area for the city as a whole?

Great job done all of you in these very tough times! We know that you are working very hard! During these last weeks there has been: Mid Crit in the Urban Landscape course, Final Presentations in the Climate Smart Architecture and Urban Design course, Mid Crit + 90% meeting for the ones of you doing your Thesis Projects and all of this when it is not possible to work as usual in the studios , meet class mates exchanging ideas or meet us teachers over a chat in the corridor or sharing tracing paper... Again, you are doing a great job - and we long to see you in the studio! / SUDes team

The Urban Landscape 2021 course working in Iceland!
For the first time, the Urban Landscape course has a design site in Reykjavik, Iceland. We will be working in close contact with the Reyjavik Municipality, as well as sharing knowledge with the Amsterdam University of Arts (Academy of Architecture) and the Boston Architectural collage, whose student’s will be working on the same site. The students will be tasked with understanding the landscape components as a point of departure and main drivers in a project and as a resource for a regional perspective.
