We celebrate and say goodbye to our Year 9s.
On Thursday, students, staff, and parents were treated to live performances and speeches from some very talented students. They also had important messages from Mr Eng, Mr Parker and Ms Brandt.
We wish them all the best in their adventures after IES.
What a day!

Congratulations F-3 classes!! On Thursday they had their own mini graduation. There were songs, awards and messages from their teachers.

Thursdays’s time-line for F-3’s End of Term Celebrations.
08:10 - Line up at the playground as normal.
08:20 - Classroom time.
09:00 - Flag parade, a welcome message, songs and a few words from the principal in the courtyard
09:45 - Meet and greet with parents. F class in the courtyard, 1A at the playground, 1B at the benches, 2A at the orchard and 3A at the flagpole.
10:00 - End of day for students. Fritids begins.

As our Year 9 students graduate and hand the baton over to the next generation, we celebrate their growth and look forward to seeing them shape the world as the future good citizens of our community.

What an incredible two months!🇪🇺🇵🇹🇮🇹
16 students and 4 teachers took part in Erasmus+ group mobilities to Poggio Mirteto, Italy and Sintra, Portugal, creating memories, friendships, and experiences that will last a lifetime.
In Italy, our students designed 3D prints, created AI songs, Erasmus games, and stop-motion films, while also exploring the history and culture of Rome.
In Portugal, we were inspired by a powerful discussion on literacy and democracy, explored stunning palaces and monasteries, and enjoyed plenty of Portuguese delicacies along the way.
Perhaps most importantly, our students built connections with their host families, gained confidence, and developed a deeper understanding of what it means to be part of a wider European community.

NEXT WEEK IS THE LAST OF THE SCHOOL TERM!
There are some important events happening. Please check SchoolSoft for details for Graduation Day on Thursday 12th.

F-3 and Year 9 will have special events outside in the courtyard.
Other years groups will have their ceremonies in the Aula.

On Tuesday, our year 4-9 students participated in the IESL Olympiad! There were many activities including long jump, javelin, shot putt, 100m sprint and tug of war!
The weather held out and it was a successful day over at the University Campus.
