26-09-10 Vocal Variety

Linköping Toastmasters second EVENT this fall 2026 Controlling your fear, the 27th of August, was fearlessly led by Filip.
What more could we expect from this event?

* Amazing and involving speakers (Filip, Lasse, Michael) lifting each other up giving selfconfidence and selfesteem, Linköping Toastmasters trademark.

* Awards giving (another Linköping Toastmasters Trademark): Lasse Level 3, every Linköping member passed summer COT (Filip, Jesper , Michael, Hao and Lasse) + Enthusiasm-award interactivly given to Agnes by tonight’s Quiz-master Michael.

* Reminder Payment Memberships fee inclusive Broschyr and Roll-up.

* Complementary discussion how we constantly shall Improve (CANI? YES WE CAN).

Next meeting the 10th of September will be something EXTRA or what do you think of this plan:
Linköping Toastmasters Third EVENT this fall Vocal Variety EVENT, the 10th of September, will hopefully be led by Chi.
But what extra can we expect from this event?

* Amazing and involving speakers using our new, last meeting tested layout, (we also have great technical support by our GREAT tech-team).

* Our involving speakers is
- Chi presenting the meeting using Vocal Variety
- Agnes using her voice with passion
- Mary Grace using her voice to make us understand vocal variety
- Bruno Interacivly Listening to the Impro speakers using his evolving background
- Stefan as Interactive Quizmaster using his Vocal Variety

* We will also have some awards for instance a Golden Coin given by Quiz-master Stefan to , Level 1 to Bruno and Level 4 to Filip.

* We will also continue our improvement of our Layout and a Reminder to Club Visit by AreaDirector Plamen next meeting.

Hi everyone!
We were excited to invite you to a Linköping Toastmasters gathering in Tranås on Saturday, August 1. It was a very relaxed afternoon full of speaking practice, outdoor activities, and of course socializing (Linköping Toastmasters ClubTrademark).

We recommended taking the earlier train:
* From Linköping: 12:16 → 13:03 (arriving in Tranås at 13:03)
* From Norrköping: 11:47 → 13:03 (arriving in Tranås at 13:03)
* From Tranås: 18:00

Team Tranås (Bruno and Hao) will meet everyone at the train station.

Venue
* If the weather is nice: Bruno’s garden (Ekliden 4, Tranås)

Agenda
* 13:00–13:30 Welcome at Tranås train station
* 13:30–15:30 Toastmasters session (at Bruno´s)
* 15:30–16:30 Disc golf
* 16:30-17:30 Small Talk at nearby Pub

Meeting Roles
* Bruno will deliver a welcome speech, focusing on vocal variety.
* Hao will be the Table Topics Master, leading an interactive session to help us explore and practice different communication styles.
* Lasse will speak about different personalities and Jesper will be our interactive Quiz-master focusing on vocal variety + their will be a lot of awarding for instance awarding Our Open Club Climite including our platform.

Whether you’re an experienced Toastmaster or simply looking for a fun afternoon with great people, we’d love to see you there!

Linköping Toastmasters SummerEvents 2026

Hello fellow Linköping Toastmasters!
Although our ordinary meetings ended nearly a month ago we are not finished yet, no no no! We are having our summer events, (mainly outdoors) for those who wants. We´re having a roadtrip starting at Linköping in June, Norrköping in July and Tranås in August (of course led by highly motivatited Teams from each location).

We had an amazing start led by Jesper at the Gazebo, Trädgårdsföreningen in Linköping, where we held a Picnick followed by a storytelling event where everyone where jury also (according to Linköping Toastmasters involvment policy 🙂) We met on the 27th of June at 15.00 at Trädgårdsföreningen in Linköping at the Gazebo and it was hot hot hot but it was also fun fun fun.

Our next stop was this Saturday, the 11th of July at Campus Norrköping led by Team Norrköping (Lijun, Filip and Michael) and they had manage to borrow Lijuns workplace at Campus (Well done Team Norrköping) 😀.

The agenda was mostly impro speeches what we where going to do this summer, and we had lot of ideas to tell: Michael told us about his former addiction, Lijun that she loved gardening, Lasse about his happy place where he found energy, Sijun about being happy, Jesper about familyrelations, Mirna about Scotland and traveling, Mary Grace about writing and Filip about having goals.
Great variety?

What more did happen? Lijun finalized her level 1 by hosting this meeting and Michael is a new member and has chosen Presentation Mastery as his pathway 😀.

Final summer event will be in Tranås around 1st of August led by Team Tranås (Bruno and Hao), realy looking forward to it.

We start our ordinary meetings again 13th of August led by Agnes and Stefan lifting Team-development with Jesper and Mattias as supporting speakers.

Linköping Toastmasters (Internal) Storytelling Event 27th of June

Hello fellow Linköping Toastmasters!
Although our ordinary meetings ended some weeks ago we are not finished yet, no no no! We are having our summer events, mainly outdoors, for those who cares.

We had an amazing start led by Jesper at the Gazebo, Trädgårdsföreningen in Linköping, where we held a picnick followed by a storytelling event where everyone were jury also (according to Linköping Toastmasters involvment policy 🙂)

We met on the 27th of June at 15.00 at Trädgårdsföreningen in Linköping at the Gazebo and it was hot hot hot but it was also fun fun fun.

What did it extra fun? Yes we started with a lot of small talk. The venue, Gazebo, was magic. You stod in a magnificent speech palace (wonderful trees, pond and ducks + stars in the celling) and of course supportive constentants wanting you to succeed. Making everyone improvise even more. (Typical Linköping I guess).

We involved everyone in the Jury-process and selected finally MaryGrace as this evenings storytelling winner. What did she actually win? A special designed cup that says (We do not stop playing cause we grow old, we grow old cause we stop playing) please remember that.

We ended our amazing meeting with the special Quiz Linköping are famous for, but everyone had a question this time regarding their speech. And the winner of the Golden Coin became tonight´s toastmaster Jesper.

Next Summer event will be in Norrköping around the 18th of July led by Lijun supported by Filip and Michael.

Final summer event will be in Tranås around 1st of August led by Bruno and Hao

We start our ordinary meetings again 13th of August led by Agnes and Stefan.

Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 4th of June 2026

Our meeting the 4th of June were Linköping Toastmasters last meeting in our new VENUE ELSA this season. We are constantly Growing so we got a location in the same building called ELSA beginning of May thanks to our good connection with the venue-holder Sensus and that we in LINKÖPING is working STRONGLY WITH NETWORKING and FOCUSING THAT CULTURAL MIX NOT AS A WEAKNESS BUT AS A STRENGTH.

Our last meeting were led by Mary Grace building social media presence. And were she be able to achieve this? Yes, WITH TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development giving us alive meetings:

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Mary Grace, Lasse, Mattias, Ankit and Stefan), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters.

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, word-of-Day tonight held by Oliver, impro-speaking tonight table topic master (Michael) and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight interactivly led by Agnes, (Oliver, Michael and Agnes) all doing their roles for the first time getting extra selfconfidence and selfesteem constantly GROWING (Linköping Toastmasters trademarks).

* Special awarding section + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit, (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks). The Golden Coin awarded Mattias + a birthday-cake to Emelie.

But we are not finished yet, we are also proud holding summer-events each month starting the 27th of June.

* Picnic-Event 2026 led by Jesper supported by Lasse in Gazebo 27/6 at 15.00.

* July gathering (Norrköping) led by Lijun supported by Filip and hopefully Michael who are joining our club for real not as a probe.

* Pre-startup (Team-building) led by (Stefan/Agnes) beginning of August.

The 21th of May were Linköping Toastmasters second meeting in our new VENUE ELSA. We are constantly Growing so we got a location in the same building called Elsa this meeting the 7th of May, led by our president, soon to be elected, Filip, with the fitting theme Manage Change.

And would he be able to manage to achieve this? WITH TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development giving us alive meetings:
* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Filip, Hao and Agnes) + (trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Lasse and Mattias).

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight held by Michael, impro-speaking tonight extra long led by table topic master (Stefan) and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight interactivly led by Jesper.

And Yes we in Linköping is working STRONGLY WITH NETWORKING and we SEE OUR CULTURAL MIX NOT AS A WEAKNESS BUT AS A STRENGTH.

We ended our meeting with Linköping Toastmasters annual meeting, where we thanked all former board-members all for a great job and elected a new strong living board full of GRIT where Filip is new president and he has an amazing TEAM supporting him.

Next meeting the 4th of June will be our last this spring-session led by Mary Grace building social media presence. Remember it’s a speech marathon so if you like you can book a speech.

The 23rd of April were Linköping Toastmasters last meeting in our old VENUE Brask. We are constantly Growing so we´ve gotten a new location in the same building called Elsa this meeting the 7th of May, led by our first time toastmaster Hao with the theme: Intro to Vocal Variety.

And was he be able to manage to achieve this?
Yes, WITH TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development giving us an alive meeting:

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Hao, Toan and Lasse), (trademark for Linköping Toastmasters), evaluted by (Ankit and Stefan).

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight held by Agnes, impro-speaking tonight extra long led by table topic master (Mario) and Lasse actively listening and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight interactivly led by Mirna.

* We worked on the layout of our new room + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit, (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks), congrats Mario.

Next meeting the 21st of May will be something extra I strongly guess. The theme is Manage Change and will be led by Filip, having an amazing crew behind him. After this meeting we´ll have our Annual Meeting when we for instance decides our new board.

Afterwards I think the outdoor social gathering has opened!

Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 7th of May

Last Linköping Toastmasters meeting, the 23rd of April, were our last meeting in our old VENUE Sensus Brask. We are Growing so we are getting a new location in the same building called Elsa in May, but our last meeting in the old locations were EXCELLENTLY lead by last minute toastmaster Ankit with the theme: Connect with Storytelling.

And how did he/we manage to achieve this, (with TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit) cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development:

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Ankit, Lasse + two Icebreakers Agnes and Stefan), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Mario, Toan, Paulina and Mattias).

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight fixed by Mattias (touched), impro-speaking tonight led by table topic master (Lasse) let you reflect over Learning Pit and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight amazingly and interactivly led by Lijun.

* We awarded persons finishing a path (Lasse) and entering our club (Stefan and Agnes) getting the Icebreaker Awards + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit, (Mattias) (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks).

Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 9th of April

The 9th of April, we planned to have the meeting-theme Connect with Storytelling led by Ankit but Ankit and one of the other speakers became sick during the day BUT NO WORRIES we succeeded anyway thanks to our Linköping Toastmasters GRIT and made an amazing meeting led by Mattias.

And how was that achieved, by our GRIT and TEAM spirit:
* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Mattias, Jesper), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters evaluted by (Mario and Mirna).

* VERY Hevaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight impro fixed by Bruno, impro-speaking tonight led by two table topic speakers (Lijun and Mario) letting everybody impro-speak and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight amazingly led by Emelie.

* Lasse began the Award ceremonies be telling a special poem to Linköping Toastmasters:
Hi Linköping Toastmasters, our motto is to RISE and SHINE.
WE lift ourselves high up letting every one feel FINE.
In most other tm-clubs they try to FIT.
Instead we in Linköping tm - have that special GRIT.

We awarded one persons finishing a Level (Filip, at last) and two entering our club (Agnes and Stefan) + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT (Mattias), fighting-spirit (another of LinköpIng Toastmaster trademarks).

We ended our meeting with voluntary SOCIAL gathering at Horse & Hound just around the corner to Sensus (another Linköping Toastmasters trademark).

And Yes we in Linköping is working STRONGLY WITH NETWORKING and we SEE OUR CULTURAL MIX NOT AS A WEAKNESS BUT AS A STRENGTH.

Notice that next meeting the 23rd of April will our last our old VENUE Brask. We are Growing so we are getting a new location in the same building called Elsa in May, but our last meeting in the old locations is with the theme but with new tools and are led by Toan.

We’ll have amazing speakers leading us (Toan, Ankit, Filip) and two Icebreakers (Agnes and Stefan) presenting themselves.

The 26th of March we once again had a have a very involving Linköping Toastmasters meeting (Linköping Toastmasters Club trademark) tonight led by Emelie with the theme Public Relation Strategies.
And how was that achieved?

* We had whole 4 guests (Deepika, Mario, Agnes and Stefan) much thanks to our CANI (Constant-And-Neverending-Improvment) mindset AND our involving environment LOVING WHAT WE DO (Linköping Toastmasters trademark) 🙂

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Emelie, Jesper (Icebreaker) and Hao), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Lasse, Chi and Lijun).

* Hevaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight led by Deepika , impro-speaking tonight led by Filip letting at least all guests impro-speak, Timer tonight led by Mario teaching us a new and exciting timer-way and Quiz-mastering tonight excellent led by Mattias.

* Award-ceremonies, were we we award persons finishing a Level, entering our club + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit (another of LinköpIng Toastmaster trademarks) tonight Filip.

We ended our meeting with voluntary SOCIAL gathering at the Beerhouse, (our ordinary place Horse and Hound where full couse of the football-match), just around the corner to Sensus (another Linköping Toastmasters trademark).

And Yes we in Linköping is working STRONGLY WITH NETWORKING and we SEE OUR CULTURAL MIX NOT AS A WEAKNESS BUT AS A STRENGTH AND WE ARE A LEARNING ORGANIZATION!!!
