Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 21th of May
The 21th of May were Linköping Toastmasters second meeting in our new VENUE ELSA. We are constantly Growing so we got a location in the same building called Elsa this meeting the 7th of May, led by our president, soon to be elected, Filip, with the fitting theme Manage Change.

And would he be able to manage to achieve this? WITH TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development giving us alive meetings:
* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Filip, Hao and Agnes) + (trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Lasse and Mattias).

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight held by Michael, impro-speaking tonight extra long led by table topic master (Stefan) and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight interactivly led by Jesper.

* We worked on the layout + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmasters GRIT, fighting-spirit, (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks), congrats Mattias.

We ended our meeting with voluntary SOCIAL gathering at Horse & Hound just around the corner to Sensus (another Linköping Toastmasters trademark).

And Yes we in Linköping is working STRONGLY WITH NETWORKING and we SEE OUR CULTURAL MIX NOT AS A WEAKNESS BUT AS A STRENGTH.

We ended our meeting with Linköping Toastmasters annual meeting, where we thanked all former board-members all for a great job and elected a new strong living board full of GRIT where Filip is new president and he has an amazing TEAM supporting him.

Next meeting the 4th of June will be our last this spring-session led by Mary Grace building social media presence. Remember it’s a speech marathon so if you like you can book a speech.

* We worked on the layout of our new room + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit, (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks), congrats Mario.

Next meeting the 21st of May will be something extra I strongly guess. The theme is Manage Change and will be led by Filip, having an amazing crew behind him. After this meeting we´ll have our Annual Meeting when we for instance decides our new board.

Afterwards I think the outdoor social gathering has opened!

Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 7th of May

Last Linköping Toastmasters meeting, the 23rd of April, were our last meeting in our old VENUE Sensus Brask. We are Growing so we are getting a new location in the same building called Elsa in May, but our last meeting in the old locations were EXCELLENTLY lead by last minute toastmaster Ankit with the theme: Connect with Storytelling.

And how did he/we manage to achieve this, (with TRUST, GRIT and TEAM-spirit) cause we work not only with communication but also leadership and personal development:

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Ankit, Lasse + two Icebreakers Agnes and Stefan), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Mario, Toan, Paulina and Mattias).

* Heavaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight fixed by Mattias (touched), impro-speaking tonight led by table topic master (Lasse) let you reflect over Learning Pit and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight amazingly and interactivly led by Lijun.

* We awarded persons finishing a path (Lasse) and entering our club (Stefan and Agnes) getting the Icebreaker Awards + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit, (Mattias) (another of Linköping Toastmaster trademarks).

Linköping Toastmasters Meeting the 9th of April

The 9th of April, we planned to have the meeting-theme Connect with Storytelling led by Ankit but Ankit and one of the other speakers became sick during the day BUT NO WORRIES we succeeded anyway thanks to our Linköping Toastmasters GRIT and made an amazing meeting led by Mattias.

And how was that achieved, by our GRIT and TEAM spirit:
* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Mattias, Jesper), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters evaluted by (Mario and Mirna).

* VERY Hevaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight impro fixed by Bruno, impro-speaking tonight led by two table topic speakers (Lijun and Mario) letting everybody impro-speak and Quiz-mastering (our very special trademark) tonight amazingly led by Emelie.

* Lasse began the Award ceremonies be telling a special poem to Linköping Toastmasters:
Hi Linköping Toastmasters, our motto is to RISE and SHINE.
WE lift ourselves high up letting every one feel FINE.
In most other tm-clubs they try to FIT.
Instead we in Linköping tm - have that special GRIT.

Notice that next meeting the 23rd of April will our last our old VENUE Brask. We are Growing so we are getting a new location in the same building called Elsa in May, but our last meeting in the old locations is with the theme but with new tools and are led by Toan.

The 26th of March we once again had a have a very involving Linköping Toastmasters meeting (Linköping Toastmasters Club trademark) tonight led by Emelie with the theme Public Relation Strategies.
And how was that achieved?

* We had whole 4 guests (Deepika, Mario, Agnes and Stefan) much thanks to our CANI (Constant-And-Neverending-Improvment) mindset AND our involving environment LOVING WHAT WE DO (Linköping Toastmasters trademark) 🙂

* Engaged and alive speakers lifting us up (Emelie, Jesper (Icebreaker) and Hao), trademark for Linköping Toastmasters, evaluted by (Lasse, Chi and Lijun).

* Hevaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters amazing trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, Word-of-Day tonight led by Deepika , impro-speaking tonight led by Filip letting at least all guests impro-speak, Timer tonight led by Mario teaching us a new and exciting timer-way and Quiz-mastering tonight excellent led by Mattias.

* Award-ceremonies, were we we award persons finishing a Level, entering our club + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award showing the Linköping Toastmaster GRIT, fighting-spirit (another of LinköpIng Toastmaster trademarks) tonight Filip.

The 12th of March we had once again a have a very involving Linköping Toastmasters meeting tonight led by Lasse (Mattias had injured his leg and we are supporting each other) with the theme Relations why Linköping Toastmaster is so successful making 1+1>3.

We had only 2 guests tonight (Deepika and Nigella) + the 2 new members (Lijun and Jesper) much thanks to our CANI (Constant-And-Neverending-Improvment) mindset AND our involving environment LOVING WHAT WE DO (Linköping toastmasters trademark) 🙂

This meeting was divided into two parts, one ordinary with two speakers (Filip and our guestspeaker Olga. We also had an open engaging table topic contest part with whole nine contestent led by Ray judged by everyone🙂

Last meeting we had four guests and this meeting we had the same thanks to our CANI? mindset. Next meeting, the 26th of February, we have the theme of understanding my communication style led by Mirna. And how will that be achieved?

Linköping Toastmasters second meeting 2026, the 29th of January, was like our first meeting trusted to be led by a first timer Bruno (a Linköping Toastmasters trademark). Our theme this meeting was Giving Feedback lifting people up. And how was that achieved?

* Speakers lifting us up (Bruno, Ankit, Hao and Mattias) evolved by (Mary Grace, Mario, Lasse helped by group and Paulina Yu).

* Hevaly involving our audience (another one of Linköping Toastmasters trademarks) using for instance Candy-notes, impro-speaking tonight led by Mary Grace lyfting all four guests (Mario, Luiza, Nigella and Lijun) and Quiz-master tonight led by Lasse.

* Award-ceremonies, tonigth we awarded whole three persons finishing a Level + a Golden Coin to the one getting the Enthusiasm-award (Lijun) (LinköpIng Toastmaster trademark).

I presented our trademarks at yesterday’s COT especially the breakoutrooms and got a really positive respons on our way forward by involving our members/guests in our meetings. Last meeting we had four guests and next meeting we count with four (so far).

Hi Linköping Toastmasters Friends and very very welcome to 2026,

Our startup meeting 2026 were strongly led by the first time toastmaster Chi super connecting to the Audience amazingly using the 2 Icebreaker-speakers (Hao and Bruno) and Mattias as Fourth speaker evaluating the table-topicsspeakers.

In Linköping Toastmasters we always uses our special trademarks involving our audience interacting with them for instance using word-of-the-Day responsible (Filip), candynotes and our special trademark tonight´s Quiz-master (Ankit) interactively delivering the Enthusiam-Award to Mattias and Mirna.

We had a amazing improspeech impro-part as usual, tonight led by Lasse getting the True Grit from: Paulina Yu, Lijun, Emelie and Filip, yet another Linköping trademark.

We ended the meeting in a relaxed INFORMAL social gathering at Horse & Hound, yet another Linköping Toastmaster trademark.

Next meeting, the 29th of January, will be even more exciting with the theme Giving feedback lifting people UP and Bruno as first time leader when we as a Club will reach at least 8 (maybe 9) Toastmaster points :) and at least 3 new guests.
