Sallander Pet Diet, Exercise & Health AB is a Company situated in Sweden. We work with dog & cat nutrition, exercise, training & health. The Company gives courses in dog and cat nutrition, exercise & related diseases. Also, Courses in EU feed regulations is given in collaboration with the Swedish Agricultural Board. Also, other Courses are given upon request from the Swedish University of Agricult
ural Sciences (SLU), different companies, dog or cat clubs or pet owners. The courses are given to for example veterinarians, veterinary nurses, companies, teachers or pet owners. Also, the Company often work as Consultant to feed companies or pet owners. Examples of the things we can help with is to assist to formulate new Products, to brand the feed packages according to the EU law, to write correct and interesting texts to broschures or web pages. Also, most Swedish vets send difficult cases often with multiple diseases that have nutritional problems. We are specialized in homemade diets for dogs and cats, something that might be a solution for some i individuals. The Company is owned by Marie Sallander, MSc & PhD in Animal Science. Marie has been working at SLU for about 20 years as a researcher and a teacher specialized in pet diet, exercise & Health. She has also written a number of scientific and popular-scientific articles during 20 years, and 3 books published both nationally and internationally. Marie has also been working practically with dog training for 45 years, and has a number of different teacher and instructor educations. She gives courses mainly for hunting dogs.
