I’ve put this off for years!
YEARS. Why? Because creating a website felt so overwhelming, so big! There was also that little voice in my head saying, “When you do it, you have to do it properly.” Ah, hello again, my old friend perfectionism!
For years I kept convincing myself, “I don’t really need a website. I have landing pages and other material.” After all my work was moving forward beautifully without it.
Till something shifted...
I realized I wanted an online space that would truly reflect me—not something that felt pushy or salesy, but warm, inviting, and also focused on you.
A place where I could share what I do, why it matters, and how it helps people.
Oh and I nearly forgot: There was another reason I took so long to put this out there. I wanted to do it my way. I had the desire to write every word, design every page, choose every color, so that it felt authentic to me. At the time, that just wasn’t possible. But now, it is!
I am so proud and happy to share that I’ve done it! I’ve built my website, and it’s a reflection of my heart, my work, and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to help.
I learned, grew, and poured myself into this project. I took all the trainings I needed and yes, I had support from amazing people for the technical parts. I got lost in the colors, shapes, words, and feelings.
When I read the kind words of my clients and course participants, I smile. Every testimonial reminds me of a story. I know exactly who wrote each sentence, and I’m deeply grateful to every single one of you who shared your experiences.
This website isn’t just a milestone for me; it’s a celebration of the connections we’ve built and the healing work we’ve done together. And I will keep updating to reflect the direction in which I am moving and to give the maximum value.

MY STORY

The Turning Point
When I first got certified in EFT tapping and other transformative modalities, I was eager, filled with passion, and determined to make a difference. The Universe answered that call, and soon, I found myself working one-on-one with clients from across the globe.
But the journey wasn't just about the work; it was about the connection. Each session brought me immense joy and fulfillment, especially as I witnessed the profound changes in my clients' lives. The messages of gratitude, the tearful breakthroughs, the moments when a client would finally find their way out of the prison of their past, the shining confidence gained — I knew I was on the right path.
But as fulfilling as it was, something kept gnawing at me—a persistent thought that wouldn't let go. It started as a whisper, but soon it became a persistent call: "This is too good to keep to myself."

The Realization
It dawned on me that, no matter how many hours I poured into my one-on-one sessions, there would always be a limit. There were only so many people I could reach with this work, and the need out there was vast, far greater than what I alone could handle. I realized that if I wanted to truly make an impact, I had to think bigger, much bigger.
That's when I made one of the best decisions of my professional life. In 2020, amidst a world that was turning upside down, I created the LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE course. At that time, it was shorter, simpler, and had a different name. It was my way of reaching beyond the confines of one-on-one work to touch more lives.

The Evolution
Since then, the LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE has evolved dramatically.

Since then, the course has evolved dramatically. With every new piece of research, every innovative technique, I’ve expanded and refined the program. My mantra became, and still is: "How can I help the most people turn things around as quickly as possible?" This question has led me down a long, winding path of learning and discovery. The knowledge I've gained since the beginnings of this course is vast, and the course now reflects that. Hundreds of people have taken it and it has transformed so many aspects of their lives.
But here’s the thing—no matter how much I've learned, no matter how much the program has grown, my passion remains the same. I’m still driven by that deep desire to make a difference, to bring about change, and to help as many people as I can LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES

The third annual August retreat in Pune! Three days where these brave women come together to reinforce current learnings, embrace and implement new skills, grow in different directions and heal - with lots of laughter and a few tears.
No masks here, no superficial talk, no hiding...
Everyone left with their hearts open and minds buzzing and full of incredible ideas.
It feels great to do this for ourselves and for our clients.
It is always lovely to meet these wonderful women in person after all the Zoom sessions throughout the year. I was so moved by the openness, sharing, kindness, empathy of this group. And of course as always, music, dance and great food play a huge role! Those of you who could not make it this year, we missed you! You know who you are.

The word "mindset" is a misnomer. It’s not just about the mind! Have you ever tried to change your thoughts, think positively, or set meaningful goals and work towards them, only to find yourself exhausted and back at square one? This is because relying solely on the "mind" to drive change is not only tiring but almost impossible. Yet, people often blame themselves for lacking willpower, persistence, or the ability to "snap out" of it.
The truth is, you cannot simply "snap out" of repetitive thoughts, deep-rooted patterns, and limiting beliefs. This is like using a candle to heat a large room or a paintbrush to sweep a floor—completely the wrong tools for the job. Many end up criticizing themselves for what is essentially an impossible task, adding self-blame, cruel self-talk, and shame to the mix, leading to a downward spiral.
Our nervous system physiology fundamentally determines our thoughts and behaviours. To create lasting change, we need to start with the body and work on a deep, nervous system level. This is why "nervous system regulation" has become a crucial concept today. When our nervous system is dysregulated, we may feel constantly on edge, become highly reactive, suffer from chronic pain, have trouble relaxing or sleeping, and are in a constant state of hypervigilance.
This is why I have designed the course Live Your Best Life as a 12-week program. It will help you use effective tools to regulate your nervous system. The course includes psychosensory techniques like tapping, vagus nerve exercises and more to build capacity and reset your nervous system. This feedback almost seems too personal to share, but I will share it because she spontaneously sent this to me yesterday and asked me to do so. And I am putting this out there in the hope that it can help someone.

It was such a joy working with this lovely client and to witness how she feels today! I have left the feedback in the original language - Swedish. There are a few lines in English at the end.

I have been waiting to share this for weeks but now I can announce it! So so excited to share that I am now a Compassion Key Practitioner.
I knew I wanted to do the Certification program in the Compassion Key after just a few hours to experiencing this modality. It is beautiful, deeply powerful and often goes to places which others cannot access.

Thank you Edward Mannix for your phenomenal body of work, the research, the resources and the passion with which you share everything. I am so proud to carry it forward.

The last few months I have been busy going through hours and hours of training and then implementing and practicing with some incredible practitioners from different parts of the world ( this is one aspect I LOVE!)

it is important to me to give a lot of content and value in all my free resources. That is why the workshop is two hours long. It is packed with knowledge, practical tools and insights which will transform the way you think about yourself and life. Do I need to actively participate?
That is totally your choice. You will benefit even if your video is off and you don’t write anything in the chat. But it would be lovely to see you if that works for you. You certainly dont need to speak about your life or share anything.

So many people are looking to create MORE of something in their lives: nurturing relationships, vibrant health, more money, deep fulfillment, passion and purpose (I love this one) greater success in their job or business. Some of them try so hard, spend money, set goals, do all the right things and yet NOTHING CHANGES.
Or not very much. Or it shifts for a while and soon one is back where on was. Does that sound familiar? And then we quietly give up thinking I can’t or This is just not for me or I don’t have what it takes.
