Always practice at the same time, at the same days to build a routine.

4. Put Your Guitar In Place (OUT OF THE CASE) where you always see it. Make it easy to pick it up and play. Don't have it under your bed, or in the case. Even better have it plugged in your amp and tuned all of the time so its EASY to play.

By just getting organized with your practice and commiting to it for 10-60 minutes will get you results.
