🌟 TODAY 🌟 May 29th is Football/Soccer Jersey Day! ⚽️ Wear your favourite team’s jersey today to show your support for children and families affected by childhood cancer. If you don’t have a football jersey, you can also participate by wearing a t-shirt or sweater with the same colour as your favourite team. 👕 ❤️

Ms Olars and Mr Carlsson gave our Year 9 students a little dance lesson ahead of their upcoming prom! 💃 🪩 🕺

Another awesome project year with ! Over the past two days, our students in Year 7 have had the opportunity to test out a day as a blacksmith. This year, students made their own keychains. A big thank you to Carina, and looking forward to next year (hopefully with less rain!).

IES staff volunteered at Valborg celebrations last night. They were part of Falu kommuns Vändkorset initiative, where familiar and safe adults are attending events in town to provide support for Falun’s students. We saw many past and current students enjoying the evening with friends and family. Wishing you all a wonderful and sunny long weekend! 🔥🪵 🇸🇪

We have a ton of rockstars in Years 4, 5, and 6 fundraising for right now! Maybe you’ve met them out and about in Falun and Borlänge? They have already raised over 100 000 kr and have a goal of reaching 150 000 kr by the end of the fundraiser on May 6th 🌼

It’s been a busy day in the Lunch Hall today as we celebrate World Book Day! Ms de Linares has been handing out free books to students during lunch time. 📚

We’ve had a little Easter egg hunt at school this week! 🐣 Students got to design their own Easter eggs 🎨 and then we had a little scavenger hunt this week, where students walked around the school to see the eggs and find the answer to two silly Easter jokes!
