Green Dragon Books One day I stumbled over Leksand's folk high school and read that they had the only bookbinding education in the country. And it was amazing.

In the summer of 2008 I had no idea what I should do when autumn came but I decided that I wanted to study something fun just to have something to do while I figured out my next move. Since I love books and always have liked to make things by hand I decided to try it. Me and bookbinding was made for eachother. So after two years in Leksand I am now curently back in my old home town where I make books and dream of owning my own shop.

Photo from last night. Yes! I am back! ^_^ I'm not studying now, and in just a couple of weeks I will move to a proper apartment where I will be able to spread my tools and paper everywhere and have room to work. Really looking forward to that. And yes, that is a round book. I'm trying a new design inspired by medieval books. :)

På Påskdagen (söndag) kommer jag att befinna mig i Kastlösa på Öland. Där hålls mellan 11-16 Påskyra med hantverkare, konst, uppträdanden, ponnyridning och massor med annat kul. Jag kommer sälja böcker och visa upp lite bokbinderi. Kom gärna förbi och säg hej. :)
