I do work solving trauma, depression, addiction and abuse. I help people forgive, shed what is no longer beneficial for them, reprogram themselves, find their life purpose and get a grip on things. I work from a shamanic understanding which I have accumulated over many life times as a shaman, but I mix it with modern techniques such as life coaching, storytelling, traditional therapeutic conversat

ion and methods that are similar to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). I also work with visionary plants and psychedelic medicine. My working languages are English and Swedish. I publish the blog wilby.nu and also love giving talks.
