Since we are part of the educated members of the community, we must seek a way to relief these problems and come up with solution through a set of principle and guidance recognized nationally and internationally.
On the other hand SOME HOPE LINE has been following up the latest clan clashes erupted in parts of the region including the capital city of the region Merka and its surrounding villages and the negative consequences brought this fight of wide displacement of the community, joining big number of children to the both fighting parts in addition to another number of children joined to the FG forces based in the region through serving them and offering small services such buying Ci******es from the army from the shops, lusion the sandals in order to get left food and etc, which later on results to pick up the guns here to there be close friends to them, in this situation, the children learn from such places, smoking, using alcohols, QAT and ets, which then changes totaly or partially their mind, sleeping on the road sides, drinking alcohols on the main roads, not turning the cars, passing, totally lost their control.
With existing all above mentioned things, we organized an assessment team to survey and prepare a final facts on the ground of these neglected or street children, and they successfully reported this comprehensive report which SOMALI HOPE LINE, decided to share this issue with the donor and to prepare project and bring to the attention our donor in order to take a quick response towards these children.
