Spring Boot.

Building a website or an application that actually works online requires some serious, behind-the-scenes work! this work is what we call Back-end development. Itʼs the logic and functionality that powers websites and make them work on the internet.
As we mentioned in our series before, front-end development deals with “client-side” programming, things and tools a website user sees and directly interacts with. In back-end development however, the developer works with “server-side” programming, meaning that they focus on enabling the website or application to communicate with database, handle user requests, and process data.
If back-end development is the route you want to take, then youʼll have to choose a “framework” and a programming language that suit your needs. Examples of frameworks are Django, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
Django is framework that uses the Python programming language. Itʼs known for its scalability, security, and robustness.
Node.js is an open-source environment that uses JavaScript to build scalable, high-performance applications. It's known for its ability to handle large amounts of data, it works on every operating system just fine, and most importantly using it guarantees the website/application user feels a smooth transition between requests and thus doesnʼt wait for a long time.
Spring Boot is a Java-based framework which helps create apps that aren't tied to a specific platform, and that can run on a device without an internet connection.
Choosing one of these frameworks depends on the project you're working on and on your personal preferences. In the end, they all serve the purpose of back-end development, building the logic behind websites and applications!
