Implementation Research on Visceral Leishmaniasis (VL) Elimination in Eastern Africa

🔹 Organizer: TDR (UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases) – WHO, Geneva.
🔹 Goal: Support implementation research to advance efforts for VL elimination in Eastern Africa.
🔹 Deadline for registration: 19 November 2025 (17:00 CET).
🔹 Eligibility:

Applicants must be from institutions in low- or middle-income countries (LMICs).

Collaborations with high- or upper-middle-income countries are allowed only if the lead institution is based in an LMIC.
🔹 Requirements: Applicants should have experience in implementation research and VL prevention/control.
🔹 Funding: Up to USD 25,000 per project.
🔹 Number of awards: Up to 4 proposals will be selected.
🔹 Project duration: Maximum 12 months.
