1- develop the capacity of young people to identify their goals and strive to achieve them:

4-Motivate talented youth and highlight them in a civilized way.

7- Properly introduce the youth to their surrounding environment and the facts to help them distinguish between reality and fantasy.

رؤية مؤسسة الشاب السوداني :
بناء شاب سوداني ذو دور ايجابي و بناء تجاه نفسه، مجتمعه و وطنه.
المهمة :
تهدف مؤسسه الشاب السوداني نحو تحقيق توقعات الشباب ومجتمعاتهم بأن يكون لهم دور في تنميه السودان من خلال تمكين وتحفيز الشباب عبر نشر ثقافه التفكير الايجابي.
قيم مؤسسة الشاب السوداني :

1- السعي من خلال ما نقوم به إلى خدمة الشباب أينما وجدوا.
2- بذل مافي وسعنا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة و إستخدام أفضل الأساليب للوصول لأهدافنا.
3-الإستعانة بحقائق موضوعية في أعمالنا، و الإعتماد على الشفافية في عملية إتخاذ القرارات.
4- السعي إلى كسب ثقة الشباب و المحافظة عليها من خلال ما نقوم به، و ذلك بأفضل الوسائل التي تساعدنا على ممارسة قيم و مبادئ المؤسسة.
الأهداف :
1- تنمية قدرة الشباب على تحديد اهدافهم و السعي الحثيث لتحقيقها.
2- زيادة عمق التفكير الايجابي لدى الشباب بقضاياهم و قضايا مجتمعهم.
3- تنمية مقدرات و مهارات الشباب في التواصل و الإبداع.
4- تحفيز المواهب الشبابية و ابرازها بطريقة حضارية.
5- إلهام الشباب روح المبادرة و الشجاعة للدخول في مختلف المجالات.
6- إعطاء الشباب مصادر للإلهام لتحفيز الجد و السعي نحو غد أفضل.
7- تعريف الشباب بواقع البيئة المحيطة و الحقائق ومساعدتهم للتمييز بين الواقع و الخيال.
8- رسم الطريق الأمثل للشباب لإستغلال طاقاتهم في ما يستفيدون منه و يفيدوا به الاخرين.
9- تطوير وسائل سلمية للشباب للتعبير عن احتياجاتهم و ارائهم.
10- توجيه المشاركات الشبابية بطريقة هادفة تتحقق بها فائدة الجميع.
