Helping verbs: There are four kinds of helping verbs:
1- Verb to be: present ( am - is - are ) past ( was - were )
2- Verb to do: present ( does - do). Past ( did )
3- Verb to have: present ( has - have ). Past ( had )
4- Modern verbs: present ( will - shall - can - may ). Past ( would - should - could - might).
