It is with immense sadness that we are forced to announce that the Purple Crayon and Premier Community School will suspend all operations for the forth coming 2023-2024 academic year. Despite numerous and vigorous attempts to open a branch in Cairo it was just not possible. We will however, circumstances permitting, rebuild our beloved school in Khartoum in the not to distance future.
In the interim, stay safe, take care.

Today my thoughts went back to a year that ended abruptly. Sadness crept in and I went through the positives that PCS had to offer throughout the year. Thank you teachers and our Board of Trustees for always going above and beyond. To look on the brighter side I've added some highlights of this year:
MUN, Sport's Day, Gymnastic club, Ms Fadwa and her play, Football achievements, field trips. International Day, Quran competition and Arabic Language day, Community service projects, introduction of Robotics, the interview at the radio station, French Day, Character day and the highlight our first year of IGCSE. Our thoughts go out to our students who are now bravely going to be rewriting the exams because of the war.
